What happens when someone is bitten by a snake and they cannot identify the snake does the hospital have an anti venom for multiple snakes or how does that work?

I am currently wearing Brooks Ghost 17's and they are so comfortable and my feet don't hurt after a few minutes of standing up. They use a midsole called ortholite. Any thoughts/recommendations?
