Any insight?

One of my doctors recommended getting a stelo as I’m suffering from post viral dysautonomia and feeling weird adrenaline type situations. They wanted to see if glucose was related. I eat dinner around 9pm and it’s usually rice, roast chicken, green beans and carrots. I get a spike after dinner. I lie down to go to sleep around 12:30am and try to sleep around 1am. Almost every night I get a notice glucose spike around 12:30am or sometimes 1:30am after I am already sleeping. What would be causing this?

First day switching from metoprolol to ivabradine

Usually around this time my heart is around 80/90 when I walk to get my lunch. Today it shot to 118 which never happens since starting metoprolol. I don’t want to switch back to metoprolol for the side effects but maybe it was working better for my heart rate

Metoprolol to ivabradine?

My doctor is switching. Not sure if anything I am feeling is just my body being a mess or metoprolol. Been struggling with sleep, stomach issues and weird hunger/starvation feelings. Worried switching to ivabradine will bring the adrenaline dumps back because those were the worst. They seemed to have stopped once on metoprolol. Anyone have any experience switching? Ivabradine and adrenaline dumps?

I have been suffering from post viral dysautonomia and also weird symptoms my doctor is wondering if sugar/glucose related. I’m reading reviews and see that a stelo is not the best. Would it be able to give my any insight? I think they are trying to see if my glucose is changing a lot during the day and at night. I don’t mind spending the money to see if maybe this has been a problem. I am also on metoprolol which i heard might also affect glucose. Any insight is appreciated!

Maybe this isn’t the right medicine for me and I will be asking cardiologist next Friday.

Take 12.5 at 10am. Usually around noon I can feel heart rate going down. Will be in 60s while sitting at work. Today it will go up to 90s while sitting and then go back down.

The other day I went to get my lunch and heart soared to 166 which it has never ever happened before.

Maybe this isn’t the right medicine for me? :/

I am on 12.5 ER version
