Question about chest press and incline/decline frequency

When it’s chest day, do you work all regions of the chest on the same day? Like, do you knock out a press, followed by an incline press then decline press? Or are each of those moves done on separate chest days?

Question about muscle size and soreness

I recently got a machine that allows me to really work my chest. Before it was just freeweights, and I only have 55lb dumbbells. Now this machine allows me to go much higher and I'm loving it. After the first couple times using it, I was really sore a day or so after. Now, I'm not really sore at all. I know I'm getting stronger because the weights are going up, but now I'm wondering if this means that my muscles aren't going to get any bigger? Is there anything to my theory, or am I just in my head about this?

Is there such a thing as a heart rate screen that reads off of my whoop?

I would love a screen that I can put in my gym that displays my heart rate. That way I don't have to keep opening my phone to see where I'm at. Does such a thing exist?
