[TOMT][BOOK][2010s] Alterate history encyclopedia about a socialist United States
The framing device was that the book was an illustrated ecyclopedia from an alternate Earth where the United States became socialist and it described how America ended up that way and how the modern socialist USA is structured.
The only detail I'm 100% certain about is that the encyclopedia had it's own dedicated website where you could read it, and it may have been an encyclopedia about an entire socialist Earth, but I'm fairly certain it was just the US and maybe it's neighbours.
