Hot Take: I actually love Super Metroid's bosses! Do you also like these bosses too? :)

While they're not as hard or complex as Fusion, Dread and Prime bosses, I still enjoy them a lot! I love all of their designs and music! If I had to choose my favorites it would be: Kraid, Draygon, Ridley and Mother Brain! Ridley is the hardest boss in the game and one of my favorites in the series but Super's Mother Brain is my favorite boss in the series and my favorite final boss of all time, I love the first phase that's similar to its first fight, I love its design, all of its attacks and music, I love its roars and screams, even tho the gameplay isn't very complex it still feels really fun, good and climatic to fight her imo, especially with how it tells the story as the Baby Super Metroid sacrificed itself and we get to finish off Mother Brain with the hyper beam as it screams in pain which is super satisfying and cathartic, it is an amazing end to this masterpiece imo!

Anyways, I think these bosses are very underrated, Spore Spawn and the Snake boss are the weakest bosses in the game but every other boss is awesome imo! Do you also like these bosses too? :)

I love the graphics, models, environments, lighting and art style, it's my favorite looking game ever, I love the OST, I love Samus in this game, I love the Space Pirates in this game, I love the different visors, I love all of the Scans and lore, it has my favorite video game world, I love Meta Ridley, I love the story, I love the atmosphere, I love the gameplay, it actually has my favorite Metroid bosses and my favorite bosses in any game ever, I love all of the areas in this game, I love the exploration, I love the combat in this game, I love the control options in the Remaster, I love the different type of beams we have, I love collecting everything, I love the Omega Pirate and its boss fight, the Phazon Mines and Impact Crater is my new favorite video game finale ever, I love the intro and beginning, I love the length and pacing, I love the ending, I love the true 100% ending and Metroid Prime is my new favorite final boss of all time!! It's also nice playing it portable now too!

Metroid Prime 1 Remastered is a beautiful masterpiece!! I don't think it's outdated and even if it was, the Remaster should fix that! It is my new favorite Metroid game and my favorite game of all time!! What are your opinions on Metroid Prime 1 Remastered? :)

Hot Take: Luigi's Mansion 1 has my favorite King Boo boss fight! What are your opinions on King Boo and his final boss fight in LM1? :)

Luigi's Mansion 1 is my favorite game of all time, and I saw someone here made a post saying they hate this fight and the comments agree, which I don't understand, King Boo and his final boss fight in LM1 is awesome imo! It deserves more love and respect imo! It is my favorite final boss of all time!!

I love his design and model in this game, I love his personality, I love that he's able to defeat Mario, I love his speech before the final boss, I actually love that he uses and attacks with a physical Bowser Illusion, I actually think he's not a coward or hiding in it, but that at this time, Luigi worse fear that he never dealt with before is Bowser, so King Boo used his worse fear against him by creston a fake Bowser, it doesn't even feel like a Bowser fight, he acts much more scary and animalistic than the real Bowser and most of his attacks are unique to this fight, this wish shows Luigi has surpassed Mario in some ways, as he didn't just defeat King Boo but also a version of Bowser himself, I actually love the difficulty of this fight and it never felt janky to me, I love all of his attacks, I love that we fight him in on top of the mansion in a fiery bubble illusion, I love the final boss theme, I love how we blow off the Fake Bowser head off and it shoots ice shots at us, it is VERY satisfying vacuuming King Boo as we dodge the ice shots, I love how King Boo screeches in fear as he's been vacuumed up unlike in the other games which makes it even more satisfying and I love how his screech speeds up as he gets captured finally leaving us his crown!!

Anyways, Luigi's Mansion 1 is my favorite game of all time, King Boo is my favorite villain of all time and LM1 has my favorite King Boo boss fight and my favorite final boss fight of all time!! This final boss is very underrated and deserves more love and respect imo! What are your opinions on King Boo and his final boss fight in Luigi's Mansion 1? :)

As someone who grew up with Super Mario World, Super Mario Bros Wonder has become my new favorite Mario game! What are your opinions on it? :)

Super Mario Bros Wonder is my new favorite Mario game and my new favorite 2D platformer! I don't understand why there are so many YouTube videos saying they never liked it and even love the New games more, I don't understand why they think just becuz you can't speedrun it, it's not replayable, when I love replaying it! It is a masterpiece imo!

I love the story, I love the Flower Kingdom, I love the graphics, models, lighting, environments and art style, it's my favorite looking game ever, I love the OST, I actually love the Bowser Jr and Ship fights, I love the Talking Flowers and I don't find them annoying, I love Prince Florian, I love all of the levels and worlds/areas, I love the Wonder Seeds, Wonder Flowers and Wonder Effects, Elephant Fruit and Drill Mushroom are with Tanooki Leaf and Feather Cape are my favorite Mario power ups, I love all of the playable characters, I love that we can play as Daisy abd Rosalina now, it has my favorite Koopaling fights, I love collecting the Big Purple Coins, I love the Bonus Worlds, the difficulty feels about the same as in World to me with the Bonus Worlds being the most challenging parts, I really love Bowser in this game, I love that Peach isn't kidnapped, I love all of the levels gimmicks, World Castle Bowser is my new favorite video game finale ever, I really love Kamek in this game, Castle Bowser is my favorite form of Bowser and Castle Bowser is actually my favorite Bowser fight in the franchise and my new favorite final boss ever, he's my favorite head and hands boss fight cuz his design is awesome, the music is awesome, his attacks are really cool, the build up is amazing, it's incredibly fun and climatic imo and it has a really fun and cool gimmick to it too, you don't even have to attack the hands! I also love the new BellFlower park for the Switch 2 version and I love the ending too!!

Anyways, I think Super Mario Bros Wonder is an underrated masterpiece!! Super Mario World is still a second favorite Mario game for me but Super Mario Bros Wonder is my new favorite 2D platformer, my new favorite Mario game and my new favorite game of all time, and this is coming from someone who grew up with Super Mario World!! What are your opinions on Super Mario Bros Wonder? :)

My Dragon Ball Z Sagas Ranking! What are yours? :)

Dragon Ball Z/Kai is my favorite show ever and my comfort show, I love all of the Sagas, even the Buu Saga, but I do love some more than others, so here is my ranking!

4-Saiyan Saga

While Vegeta is an amazing villain here and the fights are still amazing, I just enjoy the others a bit more than this one! It is an amazing start to an amazing show imo!

3-Buu Saga

It's the most underrated saga and deserves way more love and respect imo! Ye Adult Gohan wasn't as good as when he was a kid and teen, I still enjoy the scenes with him at school, Vidal is a great female character, I really like Goten and Kid Trunks, I love the fusion stuff, Vegeta is amazing here, Goku is too, the fights are still awesome imo and Majin/Super/Kid Buu is still an amazing villain with some of the best fights imo! It was a really good end to the series imo!

2-Cell Saga

Now number 1 and 2 are very close in this ranking and are basically my favorite sagas to rewatch ever! Future Trunks is awesome, Goku actually escaping Namek's destruction is a great relief, the Androids are fun villains and a great return of Doctor Gerome, Cell is my second favorite villain ever, Goku training Gohan is really great and shows that Goku isn't a bad father, Goku's fight with Cell is amazing, the stakes keeps getting higher and SS2 Gohan vs Cell is an amazing fight, every character are amazing in this Saga, even Krillin, Yamcha and Tien and this is where Gohan peak imo! This felt like a perfect ending for the series, pun intended, even more so than the Buu Saga imo! But my personal favorite will never be topped!

1-Namek/Frieza Saga

My favorite Saga to rewatch ever! Vegeta, Krillin and Gohan are awesome here, Frieza is my favorite villain ever, and while he's great in Super, I think he still peaked in his original saga, being on a different planet with great atmosphere is fun, Goku is awesome here, the Namekians are really lovable characters imo, I really love Piccolo here too, which I really love Piccolo in the Cell Saga too, I love the original eyes design, character style, expressions and art style that the first 2 sagas had Cell Saga and up kinda modernized, I love all of Frieza's army, I love the Ginyu Force, I love the scene where Vegeta cries for the first time and then cries and gets Goku to defeat Frieza for him, I really love the scene where Goku becomes the vert first Super Saiyan the first time, it's still the best Super Saiyan fight imo, I love all of the fight like with Vegeta, Gohan, Krillin and Piccolo vs All of the forms Frieza has and Goku/SSJ Goku vs Frieza is my favorite fight in all of fiction!!

Anyways, what is your Dragon Ball Z Sagas Ranking? :)

Now that some time has passed since Bananza is out, which Mainline DK game is your favorite? Please explain why. Honestly? Bananza is still a masterpiece imo and my favorite game ever! I don't find it braindead or boring at all and I love DKs new design! :)

I couldn't fit Returns in the poll so if it's your favorite, plz let me know in the comments.

Donkey Kong Bananza is still a masterpiece imo, I don't find it boring or braindead at all, it may not be as hard as the Country games, but if you always stick with 5-6 hearts in the main story like I did, it still can get a bit challenging imo! I never found the destruction mechanic and gameplay to be mindless or braindead either! I actually love quite a few of the bosses, some of them are still fun imo! I actually love the music and all of the remixes! I even grew to love DK's new design, he doesn't really look that kid friendly, he still has his bad ass and cool expressions and he still feels like this big lovable banana loving yet family and friends loving cool brute of a kong he always was! I even love Diddy, Dixie and Cranky in this game! I love exploring and finding gold, treasure chests, fossils and Banana Gems, I love how the Banana Gems are only for helping with the skill tree making DK grow stronger, and the game never felt aimless cuz of this like some complained about. I love the Bananza Transformations a lot, Kong, Elephant and Snake are my favorites, I love Poppy and Grumpy Kong, Void Kong is my second favorite villain ever, I love all of the layers, tho Freezer, Forest, Resort, Groove, Feast, Forbidden Layers and Planet Core are the best ones imo, I love Pauline and her voice acting in this game, I don't find her annoying, I love the ending, post game and DLC, K Rool is my favorite villain ever, I love his designs and forms in this game so much, this game has my favorite version of DK and K Rool and it has my favorite final bosses ever!!

So ye, even tho some bosses could be better, and the difficulty can be a bit more difficult, it's still my favorite DK game and my new favorite game of all time!! It makes getting the Switch 2 worth it imo! A incredibly strong 9/10 for me! Anyways, which mainline DK game is your favorite? :)

EarthBound's story is underrated and deserve more love and respect imo! It's actually my favorite story in the trilogy! What are your opinions on it? :)

EarthBound is my favorite Mother game and my favorite game of all time, it also has my favorite story in the trilogy! Just like Ness as a character, the story is misunderstood too! It deserves more love and respect imo!

Ye it starts as Ness being the prophesied boy meant to find 3 others to defeat Giygas with while looking for the Eight Your Sanctuary locations, basically being the Chosen 4, but everything that has happened in the middle is still unique and fun and goes a bit deeper, the heroes still goes through their own struggles too, like for example, Onett being overrun by the Sharks, Happy Happy Village being taken over by Carpainter and an insane blue cult kidnapping Paula, Pokey constantly interfering, Threed being taken over by Master Belch and the zombies, Jeff own little mini adventure to save Ness and Paula, Fourside being controlled by Monotoli and the Mani Mani Statue, Moonside being created by said Evil Mani Mani, the strong and amazing build up to Giygas, Poo's Mu Training, the world and all the characters are super fun to interact with explore, the build up to the reveal of Ness being his own character with his own life with the Your Sanctuary memory bits, the reveal that Ness is his own character and not a self insert character with Lumine Hall and his Magicant and ofc the whole end game and finale from Lost Underworld, to Magicant, to Dark Onett, to the Cave of the Past to the final boss and finally to the ending and credits that are great examples to why EarthBound's story is still amazing imo!!

Anyways, EarthBound's story is still amazing, it's really not that simple! I still enjoy it so much! What are your opinions on EarthBound's story? :)

Which DK Final Boss is your favorite? Mine is Bananza King K Rool and K Rool King of Rot! Please explain why. If it's one from the Retro games you voted for, which one? :)

The Donkey Kong series has some of my favorite final bosses ever but Bananza King K Rool and K Rool King of Rot is my favorite version of K Rool, my favorite final boss in the series and my favorite final boss of all time!! I love his designs in this game, I love his voice in this game, I love the subtle hints about him with Cranky, I love his reveal, I love his personality, I love the areas we fight him in, I love his final boss themes and remixes in this game, I love all of the attacks, the difficulty and length are perfect imo, I love that we can use all the Bananza Transformations against him, I love his new Blunderbuss, I love how he uses the Rotten Banandiam Mush, I love that we can use the Elephant Bananza to throw mush balls as he vacuums up stuff with his blunderbuss to clog it up doing a bit of damage like in DKC2, I love the phase we ride up on the Banandiam Tower as he crashes out, I love the new Fake Kredits, I love the build up to him in the Forbidden Layer and Planet Core and I love that slow motion final punch which is really satisfying imo! The floor being flooded by Rotten Banandiam Mush slows the game a little bit but not that badly, it doesn't feel unplayable or sluggish still. DKC2 Kaptain K Rool is a close second favorite of mine!

Anyways, which DK final boss is your favorite? Please explain why. :)

All my life, I lived with my dad since he was divorced from my mom, he's really homophobic and transphobic, if it wasn't for him, I would've been happier and a girl much sooner, I didn't think much on how I would feel being a girl to avoid heat and drama with him, his gf is just as bad too. Now that I finally got away, I have lived with my mom now since last October, I have been more in touch with my emotions and understand myself a bit more, I realized, I have been subconsciously avoiding looking into a mirror all my life, I could always brush my hair and teeth without looking at it, so I decided to look at myself in the mirror and when I did, I almost bursted into tears, I felt disgusted with myself, I suppressed my desire to look feminine to avoid pain with my dad, my best friend is trans too, I talked to her about this and she told me something I never knew about trans people, body dysphoria, which perfectly sums up how I feel, my personality is very girly, but my body doesn't match that at all.

My best friend tested something on me, she asked me how I would feel if I was a girl and I was called a she/her, which I never thought about before, I instantly abs automatically grew a big smile and just felt...warm and happy thinking about that..like for once for a brief second, I didn't feel hatred for myself. I told her about what I just said happened and she confirmed I'm a transfem! Things have been both harder yet better for me, I don't hate myself anymore, and in the trans community, I met my trans gf, I had many exes before, but none of them and even my close friends and best friend made me feel as safe, loved, comfortable and hopeful, every second with her was the best thing ever, even after some toxic people I've been dealing with online this week, being with her washed all that pain away...

Anyways, the problem is, I don't have the money yet to make the full change..I want to be pretty, cute and feminine so bad!! I'm TRYING to save up money to help with that while also putting money up money to save for her to visit in a few months for our first date in person date. Would you guys still accept and treat me as a girl even when I'm still masculine, hairy and ugly rn..... Life financially been really hard for me rn.. but I have seen posts with people having issues with trans girls being hairy saying they are fake trans and hate they are labeled as them..I'm really trying..I want to be accepted as my true self even tho I haven't been to shave and get girly clothes..I'm working on it I promise...

I'm not really sure how to express this, so plz don't judge, but I need this to get this off my chest. I'm 26, my name is Drucilla/Dru, I'm autistic, a month and a half ago I discovered I am trans as I'm a girl, I've been accepted into the warm trans community and I met this amazing trans girl who mostly speaks Spanish more comfortably than English, she was the first to come talk to me after I shared my fears as coming out as trans in public, I respected and appreciate her kindness and asked her if we can talk and see if we can become partners, she was so friendly but she's having a hard time expressing herself in English without sounding awkward and emotionless, so I had an idea, I use to study Spanish back in school and while I don't know all the words and how to word them, I use my knowledge and a reliable source to talk to her in her native language to get her more comfortable and relaxed, and I promised her it's okay to tell me stuff in Spanish!

I understood most she said but when she did, she seemed so much comfortable, relaxed and happier telling me she thinks I'm really cute and sweet, I got to see this whole beautiful and pure side of her, for the first time, I worked extremely hard to learn more Spanish and do communicate to her in Spanish every now and them, she really appreciated that, and I think she started falling in love with me due to my dedication to understand and help her, she's teaching me more Spanish and I'm teaching her more English, she is getting SO much better at speaking English, her wording and all have so much more emotion to it, as if she was always an English speaker, she is so much more comfortable and happier, I'm so proud of her!

2 weeks later, we had our first voice call, and her voice and accent is the most beautiful thing I ever heard, there was so much softness to it, and at the end of the call, she told me how much of an amazing person I am and that she loves me. Something really weird happens, my heart felt a huge jolt of electricity, I burst into tears, I never sobbed that hard before I was shaking and grasping for breath apologizing to her for suddenly crying and she said that she understands. After that we became a couple, and life has never been better. I feel so happy, so lucky, so safe and comfortable, I have finally found my true soulmate, my true love, my family! A month later, we decided to start saving up money for her to visit me in the USA for an in person date! Then probably in 5-6 years we should be living together, it takes time, but as long as we're together in any way, I'm happy waiting patiently to have a life with her in our own home where we can do everything together and even cuddle in bed, I love cuddles so much!

It's odd, I had many exes before, while some of them were kind to me but things never worked out, I still don't understand why what she said to me cause me to break down like that, I literally felt a sort of giant zap in my heart too, I was always terrified of losing people, partners, family and friends, I keep fucking up, but I keep trying to improve, but I still keep losing people, but when she told me how she felt, somehow, I felt like I can actually be sure that we'll truly be a family and together forever! We also have a lot in common, like for example, we both were used my exes and "friends" and fear we would disappoint each other and leave, which when she told me that she had that feared, I broke down cuz I understand exactly how that's like and promised her in tears she can never disappoint me and I'll never leave her!

Anyways, sorry for this ramble, I just wanted to express my new love and life and how I finally felt like I have a family that I can trust and keep. I'm curious, do you guys understand why I broke down like that when she told me these things the first time? No one ever made me feel this emotional, safe, loved and happy before.

Luigi's Mansion 2/Dark Moon is an underrated masterpiece, like seriously underrated! I actually don't mind the mission structure, the atmosphere is almost about the same as LM1's atmosphere imo, there are actually quite a few creepy parts and creepy music in LM2, I actually love the ghosts in this game and I love the story and lore! It is my new favorite Luigi's Mansion game and my new favorite game of all time, I actually prefer the Switch version, it's not really a lazy port, the graphics and new lighting are AMAZING and beautiful imo and they did a really good job with the controls and changing the map screen imo!

I love the intro, I love the story and lore, I actually don't mind the game tries to hide King Boo when it seems like Luigi also knows it's him and E Gadd is the only one who didn't realize which is both fitting and is pretty funny imo, I love the new graphics, models, environments, animations and lighting, I actually love the atmosphere in this game, I love all of the bosses except the stairs and clock enemy rush boss, yes, I even love and enjoy the boss monster boss, I actually like all the ghosts and Possessors in this game, Greenies, Sneakers, Creepers and Gobblers are my favorites, I love Polterpup in this game and I actually enjoy catching him and his missions more than catching the Polterkitty in 3, this game has the best gameplay and combat in the series and the ghosts can actually be difficult to catch, LM1 and 2 honestly have my favorite video game combat ever, I love the boost gauge, I love the Dark Light Device, the Poltergust 5000 actually is my favorite version of the Poltergust and my favorite design of it, this game has my favorite version and designs of Luigi, E Gadd, Boos and King Boo, I LOVE the Boos and how you fight them in this game, it's super satisfying, King Boo is my favorite villain of all time and he's the most threatening and the best in 2 imo, he's out for blood with a much better plan in this game, than what he does in 3 know, I actually love the Toad missions, they're really cute in this game imo, I love the new Lab, I love collecting the Gems in this game and the statues we get which are really cool to look at, better use for them than in 1 and especially 3 imo, I love the Strobulb, I love the Dual Scream and it's ringtone, I love that we can upgrade our Poltergust with money, I love the puzzles, exploration and combat in this game, Treacherous Mansion is my favorite video game finale and final area ever, somehow it has better atmosphere and feels way scarier and dangerous than the Mansion in 1 imo, that mission where King Boo opens a paranormal portal and goes into it as a bunch of ghosts comes out causing the dimension to collapse and you have to catch them all in a time limit which is honestly really fun and pretty difficult imo is an amazing final test before fighting the final bosses imo, I love that we explore multiple haunted places in this game with my favorites being Old Clockworks, Secret Mine and Treacherous Mansion, I love the ending, I love its Scarescraper more than the one in 3, I really love Mario in this game and this game has my favorite final boss of all time with King Boo!!

Anyways, like I said, Luigi's Mansion 2/Dark Moon is an underrated masterpiece!! It is my new favorite Luigi's Mansion game and my new favorite game of all time, I prefer the Switch HD version too! It deseves way more love and respect imo! What are your opinions on Luigi's Mansion 2/Dark Moon HD? :)

You can love Deltarune all you want, but most of you fans overglaze it, tell me I'm wrong for preferring Undertale, complain in Undertale YouTube videos for not mentioning Deltarune, acting like and saying Undertale is obsolete and bad when both games are masterpieces on their own and say that it's a bad game compared to Deltarune!! It's really hard to share my opinions and talk about Undertale without most of you Deltarune fans acting like this, in a UNDERTALE sub too, it's like I hardly find anyone who still loves Undertale or anyone who prefers it like me, everyone won't shut up about Deltarune and won't stop downplaying Undertale. It's starting to feel like Deltarune is a bit too overrated imo. You can downvote me all you want, you're just proving to me how toxic you guys can be.

For why I prefer Undertale, I love its story, lore, OST, atmosphere, world, enemies, characters, bosses, battle system and length more, I love Toriel, Sans, Undyne, Monster Kid, Alphys, Mettaton and Asgore more in Undertale, it will never have the same version with the backstory for Asriel/Flowey I love so much, Deltarune feels like it tries to be a bit too funny sometimes and it never once yet make me tear up, cry and feel emotional like Undertale did yet, it actually has Papyrus, I love how it handles the routes and options to fight, act and spare more, I actually love its visuals, sprites and environments more, I love its atmosphere more, it's much more replayable imo and no other bosses in any game have topped Undyne the Undying, Sans, Mettaton EX, Asgore, Omega Flowey and Asriel Dreemurr and I don't think any game will top the True Lab , Asriel Dreemurr final boss fight and True Pacifist Ending as my favorite finale ever!

While I'm not entirely sure if Deltarune finale will be as good, I still just don't think it'll be as satisfying and amazing as Undertale's, I know it just won't be the same! I'm tired of being told I'm wrong or people acting like Deltarune is superior or downplaying and talking bad about Undertale when both are masterpieces on their own and shouldn't even be compared that much! No game will ever top Undertale for me, not even Deltarune! How many of you guys also prefer Undertale too?

▲ 5 r/Pikmin

So I have decided that I love Pikmin 2 a tiny bit more than 1, I understand that people think the story isn't serious enough, tho the second half of saving Louie can be pretty serious, or the caves or the complaints with the difficulty, but I actually really enjoy the difficulty and caves, the rng falling objects and enemies isn't that bad imo and I don't find the caves boring at all, I still enjoy the overworld areas in 2 alot too, my favorites are Valley of Repose, Perplexing Pool and Wistful Wild, I do miss this the day limit but I don't really mind all too much that it's gone and even tho it's not as balanced as 1, just don't use Purples on bosses or enemies and don't use sprays, I use Purples only on some enemies I find difficult to get past but I never use them on bosses! Pikmin 2 just feels like a perfect sequel to me!

In speaking of bosses, Pikmin 2 has my favorite bosses in the series so here are my Top 5 favorite bosses from all 4 games!

5-Ancient Sirehound

4-Plasm Wraith

3-Water Wraith

2-Segmented Crawbster

1-Titan Dweevil

Titan Dweevil is my favorite Pikmin boss and my favorite final boss of all time! Pikmin 2 is my favorite Pikmin game and my favorite game of all time and that is my top 5 favorite Pikmin bosses! Honestly 4 isn't that bad and I actually really like the Ancient Sirehound, I like it a little more than the P1 Emperor Bulblax! Anyways, what are your Top 5 favorite Pikmin bosses? :)

Pikmin 1 is honestly the purest and as perfect as Pikmin can be, ye the AI isn't perfect, but the tripping and them getting distraction easily isn't that intrusive all the time, it makes sense tho, Pikmin are still clumsy and still learning from Olimar, it's never annoying to me tho, and almost all of the jank and glitches have been fixed in the Switch version!

I also just prefer its length, it's way more replayable and doesn't feel like it suddenly ends like in 3 imo! It also has the best balance of the Pikmin type uses imo, while we only have the main 3 original types, they are all still super useful, get tons of use and still are charming and cute creatures, the difficulty is literally perfect out of all the games, while idm 2s difficulty, I can understand it can be a bit too much for some others, 1 still is quite challenging with great enemies, the enemies and bosses are still a great threat while the game is MUCH more balanced, also great use of hazards and environments, even tho I like the caves in 2 and 4, I feel like I enjoy the overworld areas way more in 1 and 3, especially 1, Forest of Hope, Forest Navel, Distant Spring and even the Final Trial are my favorite Pikmin areas and honestly my favorite areas in a video game ever along with 3s Tropical Wilds, Distant Tundra, Twilight River and Formidable Oak are all my favorite video game areas ever, also hot take: I love the bosses in 1 the most, I love how they're integrated in the environment rather than a video gamey arena, like they're actually wild beasts, they're still fun and satisfying to take out too imo, some of them being a decent challenge still, it has my favorite Pikmin story and lore, as much as I love Louie, Olimar is my favorite protagonist and character ever quite a bit more than Louie, I enjoy Olimar the most in 1 too, the Ship Parts in 2 are my favorite Pikmin collectibles as they are just really cool, can be a bit funny, have great designs and all have their own story and lore with them with world building and goes into more of Olimar's personality, life and family, I love that we can see most parts being added to the ship, which makes getting them much more satisfying imo, another hot take: Emperor Bulblax is my favorite Pikmin creature and final boss ever, I love how it handles the different endings more too, I really love the day count in this game, I love the more darker and dire Voyage Logs when we do nothing after day 1 until times out, I love how this feels more like a personal journey with Olimar and how he depends on the Pikmins as much as the Pikmins depends on Olimar, it has my favorite OST ever, it has the best atmosphere in the series imo, I love the graphics, models, animations, environments and lighting, I love all of the secrets and hidden details in this game, like the Dwarf Bulborbs cutely screaming to wake up the Bulborbs, or the baby Dwarf Bulbears looking for their parent Spotty Bulbears, or the Mamuta appearing on even days in Impact Site and Goolix appearing on the off days, the Smokey Progg is also WAYYY more intimidating and dangerous than the Water Wraith imo, it has the best Long Legs fight imo other than Groovy Long Legs in 4 and I love how Olimar developed into just wanting the Pikmins help only to actually caring about them!! I even love the box art a lot too!

Anyways, Pikmin 1 is an underrated masterpiece, it is my comfort game, I enjoy everything about it more, it is my favorite Pikmin game and my favorite game of all time!! Sorry 2 fans but 1 has it slightly beaten out imo and I even love 3 a tiny bit more than 2 too! What are your opinions on Pikmin 1? Is it your favorite Pikmin game too? :)
