22m, Can these be symptoms of anemia? Cardiologist says it’s anxiety and stress.

I’ve been dealing with this since January, although It first started with what seemed like a panic attack in November of last year. I was drinking on thanksgiving, woke up feeling fine, I ate then that’s where it started. My heart started to pound so I went outside to relax, after a few minutes I came back inside and started to feel dizzy, shortness of breath, and felt like i was gonna die. I grab my bp monitor and bp was at 170/100 with a heart rate of 150, I started to panic and called an ambulance. Got to the hospital and they did all the tests but said it I was having alcohol withdrawals, I explained to them that I wasn’t an everyday drinker and just started drinking a year ago. After that I stopped drinking but didn’t feel much different other than the anxiety not being bad, then came Christmas and new years. I had drank but after new years I ended up at the hospital for the same thing, they told me the same thing and let me go home. At this time I was starting to get a lot of anxiety and panic attacks, so I quit alcohol again for about 3 weeks, then came this party and I decided to drink. Next thing you know I wake up with the same symptoms, terrible anxiety, heart rate pounding, shortness of breath, impending doom, and all the panic attack symptoms. I decided to quit alcohol for good in February, but I was still dealing with this, and these are my symptoms now:

\\\\- Fast heart rate upon standing 30+ but comes back down after 45 seconds except on a bad day where it’ll be up till I sit
\\\\-Lightheaded upon standing
\\\\-Feeling of blood rushing up through my chest into my head upon standing or sometimes walking
\\\\-Hard slow beats that hurt my chest when startled, jump scared, or after waking up because of a nightmare
\\\\-Exercise intolerance
\\\\-Shortness of breath(worsens when doing something physical)
\\\\-Depression
\\\\-Tingling/hot feet and hands when I’m up
\\\\-Fatigue
\\\\-Chest and back pains that come nd go
\\\\-High heart rate when doing something simple as cleaning, showering, washing car etc… Worse on some days
\\\\-Heart rate while washing car 120-186, heart rate while doing an oil change 115-150, heart rate while cleaning 100-140
\\\\-Heart rate ranges from 55-80 resting and 80-105 when getting up, on a bad day it’ll be between 90-105 resting and 120-150 when getting up.
\\\\-Heart rate jumps easily like turning in bed or by just sitting up after lying down, but ends up coming back down

I’m currently doing more research and I’m doing the tests at home with my BP monitor, I’m also seeing a therapist because my doctor and cardiologist say it’s due to high stress and anxiety. I’m just trying to get better and get the help I need, I lost my job in July of last year due to some stomach problems, doctor says it can be a hernia so I’m being referred to a GI. I’m trying to get back out there but this is holding me back, if anyone with orthostatic hypertension has some tips or advice, I’ll really appreciate it. I’ve looked into dysautonomia, POTS, and other illnesses that fall under dysautonomia but cardiologist says that my BP never drops so it can’t be pots. I’m at lost, if you read this far, thank you❤️.

About 2 years ago my doctor said I was low on iron, and vitamin d, so she prescribed 50kUIof vitamin d and at that time i was taking a supplement called jello which had 1kUI, so i didn’t really finish the bottle. I was taking iron for a little while but didn’t finish the bottle either. I did some blood tests when I went to see my therapist and forgot I had took three multivitamin gummies an 1 hour before. I feel like an idiot and had to call the clinic but it was too late, I got results and everything came out normal. SORRY for the long post and thanks for reading this far.

Heart ranges between 121-181 while washing my car, I start to feel a little lightheaded and and feel really weird, like blood rushing through my chest into my head

22 year old here and I’ve gotten 1 week monitor and echo ,12ekgs,8 X-rays,and a ton of blood work, and my heart is good. I’ve been having a bunch of dysautonomia symptoms and they are telling me it’s due to high stress and anxiety. I don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve asked my cardiologist if he thinks it can be pots or dysautonomia, and told me no because my BP never drops. I’m seeing a therapist, but even when I’m not anxious i get these symptoms,I gave my therapist a list of my symptoms, and she said she’s gonna send me to a psychiatrist. My doctor also tells me it’s due to high stress and anxiety, most days my heart ranges from 65-90 resting, and 80-115 when I’m up walking around the house. When I drink alcohol is when my heart rate is high all day, 90-105 resting and 120-150 when getting up, im gonna try to quit it tho. I just feel so hopeless, and just worthless because I can’t go out and get a job because of this, but doctors say it’s high stress and anxiety. Anyone here know how to get help for this kind of stuff??

Im lost! My cardiologist says my heart is good, and that it’s due to high stress and anxiety for what I’m going through.

I’m 22m, I have gotten 12 EKGs,8 chest X-rays,a ton of blood work, an echocardiogram, and had a heart monitor for a week, but everything came out normal.
I’m going to my clinic tomorrow and I’m gonna ask for copies of all my bloodwork to see if they tested me for any deficiencies. My cardiologist and doctor told me it’s due to high stress and anxiety, and that my heart is healthy, these are my symptoms:

\-Chest pain/discomfort like if someone was squeezing my heart that comes and goes
\- Heavy heart beats that I can feel in my neck, back, and chest especially when lying down
\-Pounding heart beats upon standing, when awakening, after eating, or making sudden movements
\-Lightheaded upon standing, bending over or after squatting
\-Fast heart rate when walking around the house, or doing basic chores
\-Slow hard beats when startled, excited, or jump scared (Random drops in heart rate)
\-Sensation of blood rushing through my chest, up into my head when standing
\-Shortness of breath that comes and goes, especially when doing something physical.
\-Tingly/hot feet when standing for long periods of time
\- Random chest discomfort or what feels like BP drops when I’m up walking around
\-Heart beats slow and fast after sitting down when having episodes of tachycardia
\-Fatigue
\-Extreme episodes of anxiety
\-Exercise intolerance
\-Depression
\-Stress
\-Sweaty hands and feet
\-Pains in chest, back, and neck that come n go
\-Feeling weak on some days

All of this is worse after a night of drinking alcohol, or when consuming caffeine. I also asked my cardiologist earlier today if this could be dysautonomia like pots but he said no and told me my BP is never low and that people with pots have lower BP or drops. I can’t work, exercise, or clean because of this and it’s effecting my life. I’m gonna see a therapist this Friday as well to get some mental help.

Update: Just checked my the labs I requested and they tested me for vitamin d back in November of last year and it was at 13. I remember the doctor giving me 50kui of vitamin d2, I took it but I only took about 70 percent of the bottle because I was taking a supplement called nello which had vitamin d in it and didn’t wanna go over. My liver enzymes were high has well, I checked the recent tests and creatine was 0.71,ALP 126, AST 43, and ALT 90! My doctor told me it can be due to fatty liver or alcohol use. I used to eat a bunch of fast food and drink a bunch of alcohol starting 2025, but I calmed down recently. I’m getting tested for vitamin d and b in two weeks, also my thyroid.

22 male, I’ve been to the hospital 8 times, multiple doctor visits and have done 10 EKGs,7 chest X-rays, a whole lot of blood work but was told no signs of heart attacks, or blood clots.

I’m currently seeing an cardiologist and I’m waiting for my echo and heart monitor results, but I’m just wondering if anyone here is experiencing the same thing or know what It can be. I’m tired of going to the hospital and being told it’s just anxiety and that I have to see a cardiologist, ive been dealing with this for so long and no answers or help. I’ve been experiencing shortness of breath and palpitations since October of last year, and on November after thanksgiving I was rushed to the hospital. The symptoms were the same as a panic attack or what they thought was, alcohol withdrawals because I had drank a bunch the night before. As time passed it got worse and these are my current symptoms:

\-Fast pounding heart beats upon standing, when awakening, after eating, or making a sudden movements
\-Lightheaded upon standing, bending over or after squatting
\-Fast heart rate when walking around the house, or doing basic chores
\-Slow hard beats when startled, excited, or jump scared

\-Extreme episodes of anxiety

I’m so tired of going the doctors and not getting help, I feel so useless, and is causing really stressful times. I’m thinking it’s some type of dysautonomia but I don’t know what to think anymore, I’ve went to the hospital so many times and they look really bothered the last time I went. They just tell me that I gotta see a cardiologist and that the blood tests, X-rays, and EKGs look normal then I just go home feeling the same. I’m only 22 and this is affecting me real bad, I’ve gotten severe anxiety, and depression from this. I feel stuck and feel like my life is over.
