Ideas to make my sister’s graduation party feel extra special?

My younger sister is graduating from university in July. She’s the first of our family to get a degree and I’m very proud of her!

She only has 2 spaces for guests to attend the formal graduation ceremony so I won’t be there. I’d love to surprise her with a small surprise garden party when she gets home. She’s an introvert, so I want to keep it small and understated but still special.

Would love any suggestions to help me do this!

TIA

First photos were 1 year postpartum with my youngest (I had 2 babies in 2 years). Last photos are from training today (8 months consistently training 4x week)
