Our WO1 wants all flights to have a team cheer but I just can't seem to get any ideas. I'm obviously going to ask the cadets in the flight if they have any ideas, but I want to know if anyone here happens to have any recommendations?

I just got the position (Flight's sergeant, if you don't know what it is, it's like the "assistant" if the flight commander) despite being Cpl and I'm feeling a bit nervous because I don't know how it works and I'm the lowest rank who got a position on parade (I joined last year and they put me in lvl 3 because of my age, so I'm lvl 4 this year which is considered staff). I don't know why I did this to myself or how I got the position despite many of my peers who also wanted a position are higher ranked and all. I'm worried I may embarrass myself as I already have enough awkward moments at cadets. Plus, all cadets in the flight are 1-2 years younger than me so it can be weird.
Any advice?

We have multiple optional activities at my squadron, one of them is drill. I did it last year and loved it, except now I'm in the 10th grade and our drill practices are Sunday from 5-8 PM. I'm already set on doing music and marksmanship which together are from 8 AM to 4 PM on Sunday. As much as I enjoyed drill, I personally think there are too many complications when it comes to it (ends too late, lack of transport, consistency is necessary, etc). I doubt I'll be able to come every weekend but I'm afraid of missing out. Plus, I really loved it last year. I don't know what to do and I need a third party to help me make a rational decision.

English isn't my first language and I don't live in an English speaking region, therefore I have no reason to learn all its grammar, spelling and rules. I speak French, but it isn't my first language either My teachers constantly tell everyone that speaking and writing isn't the same thing. Making grammar mistakes as you speak is completely normal and comes naturally, especially if you don't really think before talking (preferable if you can avoid it but everyone makes occasional slip-ups). If your phrase is understandable, then who cares? As long as I can understand what you're saying, I don't find any reason to correct you. Most of the time, I know what I said isn't correct, but correcting myself would be a waste of everyone's time if you understood me the first time.
This is obviously different in professional environments, but if you're casually speaking with someone, then don't bother. They'll probably just find you extremely annoying and you'll be that person who everyone dislikes being around.
Also, I'm much better in writing (French) than speaking (French) and the people who correct me often times can't write a single sentence without at least one mistake. Please, if you're about to correct someone, at least make sure you can spell better than them.

When I first joined, I hated it. I had no friends, everyone seemed to already know each other (I joined late and was transferred to lvl 3). I used to dread going to cadets.
Now I love it. Every time I feel like quitting or not going, I go, and I love cadets even more. As a new year is starting tomorrow (and yesterday + the day before we had preparations as cadet staff), I can't wait for all the new things that are going to happen. I want to get a position on parade but I'm unsure if it's possible with my rank (they probably prioritize higher ranks) but I'll still do my best and help the newer cadets.
I've seen people use both at my squadron and someone who took a drill camp uses both, a WO2 uses his right hand, and there has been a lot of confusion regarding the subject.
At my summer camp, we used the left hand and you would get corrected for using the right one. It just really confusing and no one corrects you or knows which hand it is. I'm pretty sure it's left but I can't seem to find the information about it.
I've seen a lot of people call him (/her) trans. I thought he (/her) was just a crossdresser because I've seen a lot of people say that as well. I haven't read all the books yet so maybe it's a stupid question. I've seen some old posts but maybe mothy confirmed something about it that I don't know of.
Tbh I've always seen him (/her) as a crossdresser but maybe I'm missing something. I personally don't find anything transcoded in men wearing dresses.
Nowdays, even if they quit a long time ago, so many gachatubers just copy Natsu and NotCarly and it's just unoriginal. Many still use the old, stereotypical ones where they go on daily killing sprees and add unnecessary drama. Reaction videos are all over the place and receive thousands of undeserving views (most of the time. there ARE some very good reaction videos). A lot of people cling on to the popular gachatubers who barely post anymore so smaller creators can't get any recognition, and don't even get me started on those who make the "Afton family stuck in a room for 24h but it's 2018!!!!" Or just videos mocking the old FNaF gacha community and copy old ideas/creators then get popular. Most AUs nowdays are just copy-paste or people with zero ideas who mock what literally created the community a few years back. I don't think the community is dying, but it's full of unoriginality and everything is getting repetitive.
Does anyone actually have any GOOD Gachatubers who (even if they don't post often) are worth watching? Preferably ones who create mini movies but all are welcome.
We need to make the smaller, creative gachatubers popular (smaller = 30k subscribers or less).

I really want to read the novels (I've only read Cloture of Yellow) but I'm unsure about the order. I would love to read the shorter stories or the mangas but I doubt most are available in English. I know the lore pretty well too but obviously don't know everything.

I (15f) have a little sister (11f). As much as I love my parents, they're always defending her and whenever she does something, it's ignored. Whenever I do something, I'm immediately shamed about it. Often times, I don't even do anything bad. I call her stupid names like any sibling does. When she does it, they laugh or take it as a joke. I can't talk about it to them because they'll call me overdramatic or sensitive. Whenever we get into fights, they'll say something like "She's just a little girl! Be more mature!" Or something.
Whenever my room is just a little bit messy, they'll say I'm worse than her. When her room is a bit messy (despite my mom just cleaning it up), it's okay and my mom cleans it up again for her. My sister broke her computer and it's just whatever. I had to give mine to my mom because hers stopped working and now I have nothing to work on for school projects. Is this normal? Do all older siblings have to deal with this? How can I face this situation without taking their words to heart?

Most of these shows/games have a lot of lore and things to memorize so they are NOT for the weak. (It's prolly gonna be easy to guess)
Self description: I consider myself someone who reads lore on shows that interest me for hours and memorize every character but cannot remember what's on the test tmrw. I really like thriller, mystery, horror but also enjoy sci-fi and slice of life (rarely). I prefer cartoons/anime over live action, maybe because I like how expressive the characters are and can have them as comfort characters without feeling weird.
I'm going into 10th grade next year. I like reading, drawing, writing, music (still learning) and a lot of more stuff. I draw my favorite characters most of the time. Some of my favorite artists/producers are: mothy/akuno-p, MARINA, The Living Tombstone, siinamota, Kikuo (I mostly listen to vocaloid lmao). I'm pretty introverted but socializing isn't really a problem (except sometimes I embarrass myself so badly I just wanna stay inside for the rest of my life 🥲). I love precision sports like archery, shooting, drill, badminton, etc. but cannot stand sports like basketball or soccer (I like watching soccer though). I want to be a neurosurgeon but somehow I'm closer to being a pilot. I consider myself to be a serious and responsible person but I wish I could be less stressed out over everything and quit procrastinating as it's probably slowly ruining my life. I struggle a lot with my identity and despite having a lot of friends, I feel a lil lonely. My future is a big focus of mine right now but it's also stressing me out a lot. I prefer to have a plan of what and how I want everything to go so there aren't any surprises.

I'll go first. I would play with this doll (that I named White Maple) for HOURS a day. I even changed a few of her accessories. She genuinely means so much to me and she's priceless in my eyes. Her face is fading a bit because of how much I played with her but I'm surprised it's not too bad. I was pretty old to play with dolls but my sister was a kid and I would play A LOT with her.

Recently I did ATA/TAA, but I'm not sure if next summer I should try out for Glider or AA (I'm turning 16 next year). The suggested order is ATA-AA-Glider-Power, but I don't know if I'll have enough years to do all the last 3 (there's no guarantee I will be accepted on the first try). Should I try for both? Say I get accepted into both, which should I choose? How do I even apply for the Glider training course?
I'm looking to do volunteer work during the summer and maybe even the school year for both experience and helping the community. I'm 100% bilingual. Any recommendations?
