Here to support 40plus, 50plus gym rats. (49F)

Being fit in your late 40s or 50s isn't about ripped abs. It's about having the strength to carry your groceries, the energy to chase your grandkids, the mobility to travel, and the health to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.

Fitness isn't about looking young. It's about staying capable.

So, keep going ,Peeps !!🫶

The scars are beautiful. (49F)

I had the burn accident in March 2012. I had a skin graft. I healed. Now, I use my hands to make clients look & feel beautiful ❤️.

(49F) Some days are more difficult but I keep showing up.

I developed chronic fatigue syndrome in late 2024. It makes me a lot weaker & sometimes too sick to workout.

Even on good days, I have to push a lot harder than when I was fit ,healthy but I still show up & keep going.

Be gentle to your face & delicate skin areas.

I know no one asks me but I have seen some rubbing the makeup remover balm on really roughly harshly & that creates creases you don't want in the future.

As a 49 y, I beg you girls to please be kind to your skin. It makes a huge difference.
