Any VCs here funding social/dating app with AI?

I noticed a lot of singles have app-fatigue so I built TheLoveStar.com from the ground up keeping compatibility as the core engine that powers IRL events and online dating. The app uses AI to supplement the engine which helps us bring 4 different industries together-

Hey guys! Fellow Indian here. I’ve created a website for astrology and dating enthusiasts.

Stemmed from my own personal experiences- the dating apps were too much for me and offered little success. The critical part missing was knowing who’s a good match for me.

Having recently gone through Sade Sati, I felt the need to research and came up with an app that solves multiple problems at once.

  1. Free birthchart reading- this is a necessity and free for all. The insights are deep and thought provoking. AI is used here.

  2. Dating- A compatibility score appears for all profiles with a 9-level deep breakdown (proprietary algorithm). So before you spend weeks, months or years with the wrong person, ask yourself if this connection is worth it.

  3. Events- Zoom calls for remote singles and in-person events for Bay Area folks.

  4. Compatibility check- if you’re exploring a relationship, just check your compatibility before getting serious about it. Trust me- the cost of a bad relationship is huge.

Why was there a need for my own algorithm (my own theory) and why not follow Vedic astrology:

  1. Saturn takes 29+ years to go around your entire chart. Around 29-32 years of age, we go through something difficult that brings out our Sun’s characteristics. Think- Capricorn Sun with Cancer Ascendant/Rashi will start acting more like a Capricorn in their 30s-60s. The earlier years and later years reflect more of your Ascendant traits.

  2. Vedic astrology was established when people used to get married in their teens or even younger. Sun sign was given little importance, which changes significantly the moment you cross 20s. Now most people get married in their late 20s and 30s. This is where Vedic matchmaking fails. It still prioritizes moon which is important but Sun is not given enough importance.

  3. Every single ‘rishta’ that I received with a good score - we had little to nothing in common.

I understand that I’m challenging the norm but every single ‘pratha’ needs to change when it becomes irrelevant.
