Arcane support build for non-Cryo and non-Nature

As I understand it, I should aim for a balance where Will is higher than Intellect, while still having a decent amount of Intellect, and also not neglecting Arts Intensity, and I'm not even sure how much Ultimate Gain Efficiency I should have ๐Ÿ˜ญ. Ideally, I'd also like to use some kind of support set, or a set that can provide Arts Intensity. But for now, itโ€™s difficult to meet all the requirements

I'll also mention that I have her signature weapon at P2, while she is P3

Building Himeko Nova

Can I complain a little about how hard it is to build Himeko Nova? It gets even more complicated because your teammates tend to change pretty often (at least for me), + her E2 makes things even more complicated.
You basically need to keep both a good ATK rope and ERR rope, plus good orbs with both ATK% and Fire DMG Bonus

Which Monitor Brands Have Been the Most Reliable for You? Looking for Long-Term Experiences

Hi everyone!

I'd like to hear about your experiences with different monitor brands. Hopefully it will help me choose my next monitor.

I've been using (or rather, was using) a Gigabyte G24F 2. After about two years, it started developing issues. At first there was a single dead pixel that would occasionally fix itself, so it wasn't a big deal. But then horizontal lines started appearing at the top of the screen, later at the bottom, and eventually they spread until they covered the entire display.

Now I'm honestly a bit worried about buying another monitor. I'd like something that has a good chance of lasting 10 years or more. Which brands do you consider the most reliable, or does it mostly come down to luck regardless of the brand? (In that case, I'd like to be confident in the hardware inside the monitor and know that it won't develop issues due to overheating or anything like that. For example, I wouldn't want it to die prematurely because the manufacturer pushed the refresh rate too aggressively)

I'm probably looking at another ~24" monitor since I don't really want to move to 1440p or 4K yet. The plan is to eventually keep this new one as a secondary display when I upgrade to a 27"+ monitor in the future.

Thanks!
