Nah thats wild.
How do they take a picture of that shifter as if it was fine. I was wondering why the price was so low but if the shifter looks like that, who knows what else was molested that much. (Price is in CAD)

Went out to get some ice cream and saw my dream garage (including my Si) in the parking lot. I just wish there was space to park next to these 2 beauties
I’m looking to replace my set of summer wheels on my 2022 Si, being the oem sport wheels with something bronze. Ideally I want the overall radius to be the same as stock or within a 3% margin in terms of the speedometer. Let me see what y’all are running so I can get ideas!

This is regarding minutes to midnight and a thousand suns.
Minutes to Midnight is a term used for the Doomsday clock, being a countdown before we are beyond saving. This isn’t super apparent in the songs of MtM as most of them follow a theme of regret/grief. However, the album to follow is A Thousand Suns, which tells the story of a world ending cataclysm. We run out of Minutes until Midnight, and then we’re just waiting for the end…
I dont know how it took me this long to put two and two together or if this is even common knowledge but I feel incredibly stupid for not noticing sooner…
My summer tires are the ones that came with the car and they have one more summer of driving left in them, I’m looking at lowering to 17” rims since I find my winters with 17’s to be a lot better for comfort, but the tires I wanted to get (Continental Sport02’s) come in basically every size but 235/40r17 and I don’t want to lower the overall diameter of the wheels or
Change the offset. What are some similar tires that would fit for hard daily driving that are either summer or all-season. I have Michelin X-ice’s for the winter so I don’t need to worry about ice. Any help would be appreciated.
Wheels I plan to get are Enkei Triumph in bronze and will be put on a Crystal Black Pearl Fe1.
Taught a friend to drive stick and he couldn’t pass 600psi so I was wondering what everyone else gets? Normal driving I only use 100-200psi but i can get it pretty high comfortably.
I’m loving the game so far but from a strategic standpoint the game has 2 glaring balance issues.
The first one is the weapon drop system, I’m currently level 94 with 35 5 star weapons but my friend is clearing the timed levels while I struggle due to DPS, none of the weapons that I have gotten can output enough damage in the timed levels to collect the eggs fast enough, this is to the point that at sublevels past 70, I’m being knocked off of the slammin lids before I can kill them.
The second balance issue is the Power Tank, none of the gadgets feel like they have any real synergy, and in the late-game, the only ones that actually feel powerful are Shellacker and Splattelites the later which feels more like it should be a tactics tank gadget. The other 2 tanks both have amazing gadgets, all of which are coin-tosses as to which I use, but the power tank I’m struggling to pick even 2 of them to use.
Overall these are just my experiences but I feel like these 2 things should be balanced better.
Coolant was at the purple line 4 days ago, oil was changed 2 weeks ago and is burning, Cyl 1 misfires on acceleration. And the cherry on top, is that when I explained this to the dealer, i got “oh shit” as the response. Thankfully I’m still under warranty but this is really annoying because I’ve owned her for only 6 months.
2022 Si for anyone wondering.
As the title says, in preparation for Raiders I spent the last week 1000%ing all of the hero mode (Alterna and Side Order have been since they released).
Overall, Floating Garden is going to make me throw my switch in a lake if I have to play it again and I’m really glad that Frye killed the Octostomp because that guy had to go.
Getting Raiders on Saturday, so I’ll be starting my next 1000% Journey then!
Saw this little guy for sale at my local Honda dealership. No price in the window but its got no plates so I can only assume that it isn’t a customers vehicle. Lowkey tempted to trade in my Si for it but idk if its the best daily…
Nearing 100k kms on my 2022 Si, asides from the normal air filters and replacing the coolant, is there anything else I should be doing? First time doing maintenance on a car this modern and with a turbo so wasn’t sure if I was missing anything.
Brakes were done at 80k
Currently doing the Spark Plugs
Oil will need to be done once or twice again before 100k
Aside from my misfire in cyl 1 which I’m working on fixing right now, the car works perfectly normal, stops great, steering is responsive, shifting is fine. I only bought the car this February from a Honda dealer, and it passed the “100 point honda certified” thing when it was sold to me but otherwise I don’t know the maintenance history on the vehicle.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
I bought a 2022 Si this February from a reputable Honda dealer, used with 1 owner and 80,000kms on the odo. I get it home, drive it gentle for the rest of the winter, but when it warms up and I start trying to have some fun with her, i find out the Cyl 1 misfires above 4000rpms and 50% throttle at the same time.
I’ve taken her to 2 different Honda dealerships, the first one had her for a week, charged me nothing and said it was “just the tires not gripping” when I was feeling the jolting of the engine not firing right.
The second one had her for 4 hours and was the one I bought her from and they did and oil change and only charged me for 20 minutes of labor, but the issue was only fixed for a week and now it’s back again.
My question is should I keep spending money and gas going to different dealerships to hope one of them will fix it. Should I swap the ignition coils which I believe are the issue and void the warranty or should I go straight to Honda Canada? Any advice is appreciated, she still drives normally otherwise, but my anxiety is ruining my time every time I get in just to go to work and it’s making me lose sleep at this point.
Edit: idk if he knew about the misfires but a Honda salesman offered me an even trade (I don’t need to pay anything extra) for my Si for their Prelude (same prelude they had in the showroom when I bought my Si is now sitting in the back of the lot) . i don’t really want to leave the manual transmission behind but that is another option I have.
Got this error on the dash when setting the cruise to 75km on the way home from a long drive. I had no issues with the cruise control and lane assist the rest of the day (6hours of highway) but then just 2 miles from home I pressed down to set and got this error repeatedly. After coming to a stop and turning onto the next road the issue was fixed and the cruise would set but it’s still got me bugged.
Car is a 2022 canadian spec Si. No other cars around, it was a paved backroad no streetlamps but highbeams were on, and I was in 4th
I found a Reference to the Linkin Park song “Skin to Bone” in the Splatoon 2 story mode and nearly had a heart attack seeing it!
