How can I get this to go smoothly as possible? I am such a noisy mfer that I'm expecting to be hazed, physically. I've lived alone for my 20s and only branched off into a new job because my old job pay was capped out.

Maybe some of you lot have gone through something similar since this is a very common thing for said "job" but please send some thoughtful prayers to me. I just don't want to be woken up at night and getting beat up or worst manhandled by all three.
