Till how extent is the portrayal of lifestyle on the basis of income true??

I just saw a reel where a guy divided the incomes and lifestyle in 4 sections:

50k pm: 2 domestic trips and a small car

1lpm: 1 intl trip and a car like creta

3lpm: travel only by flight and a car like fortuner

5lpm: foreign trips and a car like mercedes

And this is not the only reel i saw, i saw several related reels coming on my feed regularly.

My father earned around 5lpm+ misc income, and we never went to any foreign trip and have a creta. No loans or debts. I never understood, on what basis are these people making reels. Like till how extent are these reels real?? Do the income they show only valid for a bachelor?? Plz i need to know dude..

does food science have scope?? (plz read post)

Hey guys, im preparing for jee mains and will attempt in jan 2027. i wanna pursue btech in food sciencr and technology, as i have a great interest in this field and wanna do a startup related to it in the future, after a few years of job.

but my main concern is that many people around me are aiming for "higher" branches like cse, aerospace and mechanical. i havent seen anyone wanting the branch i want. is choosing this engg branch a right choice??? im genuinely interested in food science, but i wanna know whether this branch has a good career??

AJ1 High UNC Reimagined- best sneaker in my collection

Puma RS Running System- most used

Comet Aeon V2- a bit unique

Cristofano Leather- for formal fits

Crocs All Terrain Realtree Edge- daily beaters

Puma running- quite damaged, still working good

(I also got a few leather loafers. Had AJ4 Thunders before, but they disintegrated so threw them away πŸ’” also had adidas running, but its sole came of so threw that away too)

Honourable mention: SPARX SANDALS- My previous daily beaters, i love them. Couldnt click a pic of it :((

[Seiko] My First Automatic

My first automatic watch, a beautiful Seiko 5 GMT Batman as a 16[M]. Gifted to me by my father for my upcoming 17th birthday. really grateful for the watch. I love its friction bezel, although i agree the clicking bezel would be better. The black and subtle grey bezel gives a great look. The best part is the jubilee bracelet, cant get over with how beautiful that is.

Got it for 420$ here in India from a reliable Seiko dealer. I think its a great deal, considering how Seiko has increased its retail prices by 150$ on almost all its watches in India.

Overall, I absolutely love the watch and wishing to keep it with me in pristine condiiton till I die :))

I improvised my deck a bit

hows it now?? replaced hog rider with wall breakers and witch with executioner..put skele barrel in evo slot

EDIT: I replaced executioner back with witch and put it in the evo slot..now i use evo skele barrel with evo witch..hog rider is no more in the deck and has been replaced with wall breaker..avg elixir is 3.6 which i like

My cat pisses literally anywhere

Hello guys. I have a persian mix cat, male, 3-4 years old. He pisses anywhere in the house- bedsheet, floor, random stuff on floor, couch, etc, you get it. We have a designated litter box kept for him, but he rarely pisses in that litrer box. My mother is troubled due to this problem. Please give suggestions and advice πŸ™

I ate an absolute banger today

Today, me and my family went to anna dosa cafe to have south indian. We sat at the table, and my eyes went on the side menu made of plastic that they keep on every table. I saw paneer biryani over there and thought to have it.

AMD MY GOD, that was the best paneer biryani ive ever had in my life. It was so delicious, the charcoal flavours were really coming out, generous amount of biryani with good amount of paneer pieves along with rsita and papadam.

Didnt expect paneer biryani to be on the menu at anna dosa cafe, and that too such tasty. Wanted to order another plate of it, but unfortunately that was the last one.

(I also had chole bhature, but that was average)
