Purple Cauliflower

Just used white vinegar, water, salt and sugar with some classic pickling spices. Really pretty jar though.

Fishwife Albacore with Soy Ginger

I realize that this brand has been all over this sub, but I really wanted to just share this tin in the event nobody else has seen it. I have to say this is phenomenal. I ate it straight from the tin with a little hot sauce (that sauce is legit as well), but I would love to try this in a tuna salad.

The ginger and soy notes are perfect and not overpowering, and obviously the tuna itself is of great quality. I promise I’m not trying to glaze the brand harder than they already are, but this is a really solid tin.
