I feel like i see way too many sad albums on this sub so

And because i dont see much of a reason making distinctions in my ratings between different albums that do nothing for me anyways

only listened to about ~250 20th century albums compared to about 1000 from the 21st and im trying to broaden my horizons and be more fair towards older music even if its something that i dont find too appealing usually

some of my favorite 20th century albums for some guidance on what to reccomend me:

1. when the pawn by fiona apple

2. mezzanine by massive attack

3. uchu nippon setagaya by fishmans

4. the downward spiral by nine inch nails

5. things fall apart by the roots

6. every rage against the machine album

if you dont play deltarune:

row 1 is kris

row 2 is susie

row 3 is ralsei

row 4 is noelle

row 5 is berdly

finally finished it after like a year and a half, was kind of a passive goal but its nice to have done

I've tried making playlists time and time again but it just feels so damn weird, the moods & voices & production are all so different from one another and it just feels like a mess where none of the songs hit, its even worse when it's a playlist with multiple genres cuz all the sounds just clash even harder

albums just feel so much cleaner and more organized and amazing i love them so much somehow when THEY genre switch or mood switch it feels so perfect but god i do not understand playlists
