Rebuilt my game, Goose On The Loose. updated trailer, would love feedback

Hey all. Goose on the Loose started as a 2D side-scroller, but over the last while I've rebuilt the entire thing into a full 3D action-defense game: you're a goose defending your egg from waves of bees and slimes, spin-attacking through swarms, and building out turrets and launch pads across your island as things escalate.

It's been a genuinely huge shift, movement, camera, combat, enemy AI, basically everything got rebuilt from scratch for 3D. Just put together an updated trailer showing it off, and I'd love some outside eyes on it.

Curious about:

  • Does the 3D action-defense feel come through clearly, or does it still read ambiguous/confusing?
  • First impression/vibe in the opening few seconds
  • All and any feedback is welcome!

Goose On The Loose, just a fella trying to get his egg back.

Get your golden egg back from Honksworth the evil clown, slap mobs, collect goins (Goose coins), and upgrade your way there in this 2.5D endless runner!

I finally did it, Goose on the Loose has a Steam page!

I've been solo developing Goose on the Loose for way too long and my Steam page is finally live!

Some clown stole Goose's golden egg. Now we need to get it back!

Goose on the Loose is a frantic 2.5D action runner where you fight through endless waves of enemies, collect hats, chug powerful drinks that change how each run plays out, and survive bosses and wild events, all to get that egg back.

Built this entirely solo alongside working full time. Still a lot to do but hitting this milestone feels huge.

Steam Capsule, before and after.

Maybe hiring an artist was a good idea. Any feedback?

Next step, publishing my steam page!
