[Homemade] Teriyaki Chicken Thighs over White Rice
Teriyaki made using soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, mustard powder, brown sugar and some corn starch to thicken up a touch.

Chicken Thighs seasoned with dried garlic, ginger powder, onion powder, sesame seeds and then baked in the oven.
​
White Rice had some butter and a touch of garlic powder tossed in the pressure cooker with it.

[homemade] leftovers turned pasta salad
Made too much Linguine (cooked al dente and finished off in a pan with garlic butter) for some Chicken Parm a couple nights ago, and last nights Mediterranean salad (Roma Tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, tossed in some Mediterranean dressing, topped with Feta Cheese) is strictly made in bulk because I can eat my weight in it haha.

For lunch today I figured I'd just mix the cold pasta in with the veggies, do a nice toss with a splash of the dressing and top with the Feta. I might be making this the normal, so good and much more filling!
3 cheese 3 egg omelette featuring fresh Roma tomatoes and dried parsley
Added a dash of onion powder, garlic powder, cracked pepper, and salt. Folded mozzarella and some tomatoes inside, then topped with Parmesan, Feta, romas and parsley!

Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs with a Greek/Mediterranean Inspired Salad
Delicious yet simple chicken but holy cow I could eat my weight in this salad: Roma Tomatoes, Cucumber, Pickled Red Onions, A Little Mediterranean Dressing, and topped with Feta Cheese!
Chicken Parmesan over Linguine with a Tomato & Basil Marinara
Fried up some chicken thighs (dredged in flour mixed with garlic and onion powder, egg with basil, and Italian bread crumb tossed with mozzarella). After the fry topped with sauce, more mozzarella, and parmesan. Broiled for a few minutes and then topped with more parmesan and basil. Linguine cooked al dente, tossed with garlic butter, a nice couple spoon fulls of the sauce over the top once plated, and then finally laying the chicken on top of that. Absolutely delicious, easy, and fairly quick!
