I I have not subbed for high school RSP course before. It was on the website so I accepted it. Usually I’m in RSP in elementary school so it’s a lot of fun and games.

Is that different style in high school? Is the resource program for the older kids more serious and higher in academics?

Sometimes my communication skill is not there. I know they are doing their vocab quiz and then catching up on assignments.

What are some questions you’d ask of these students in RsP and what are some things to notice about them?
I wonder how would you suggest to approach the older students? And what questions to ask to guide them?

I need a second job. And I have mental health issues so I look for part time flexible jobs. I love to clean and I’m reliable.

But I don’t have experience whatsoever. What chemicals to use and if there are machines involved.

Cleaners, can you tell me a bit of the job, what kind of environment you’re responsible for, and learning how to use which cleaner and if you’re taught how to like basically do the job/use the machine?

I have been bipolar for the past 4 weeks. On and off. I’ve gotten hypomanic, depressed, crying spells, annoying heat flashes, starving fits, and my question is how the fuck does someone with bipolar get through life that way??!!

I’ve worked my retail job, dog walked, had some freaking stressful dance practice for a team recital next week.

I feel so much pressure n stress.

I don’t have a deadline but sometime mid week im determined to wait for a substitute job and take it. I have been waiting for school and students to come back. It’s my 4th year subbing.

But the fuckery am I supposed to manage all my stressors the next few weeks??? When will this freaking episode end?

And can I get some advice or sympathy or suggestions ?????? of what’s helpful for ending this episode quicker without cancelling the dance the job and the school job D:

What are coping technique and going forward feeling down and depression?????

I need to know my current option. And future option to work towards. I’m worried. Should I stay in education? What can I do to shift into a better job better life at 35?

I’m in my mid 30s. I live with my parents. It’s not stimulating enough. It’s too safe, too nice. They’re middle class and hard working. They built the home, the kitchen, the backyard space they want.

I’m not tough. And I don’t have a view of how I want my life designed. I’m a girl. And I don’t have friends like I want what guys have - just pick off where they left, will chat, or be like always there

Anyways I need to be tough. I’m not where I think I should be. I don’t have a stable vision of my career, personality, life designed.

Where I’m at is. I’m hard working. I’m kin, but aloof. It scares me to see friends or coworkers daily. It feels like everyday is the same. I don’t know logic or w/e to be grounded and thrive. I have to have coworkers tell me what to do but is super helpful and can be enbrsssing.

I’ve been able to be at a substituting job, my 4th year doing it. I can’t believe I stuck with something. And sometimes being responsible scares me I have anxiety. And sometime subbing isn’t A+B= B+A and I have yet to polish my thoughts and communication.

I’ve been dog sitting and cat sitting for 7 years. I don’t have a lot of clients but I at least earn $3-4k a year.

I’m not good with being fast personality. I’ve been called slow and people avoidant.

This summer I finally found a short term summer position. These positions are hard to find. So I got a summer gig to pay the summer bills. A bit short. But fine.

Lastly I have diagnosed severe bipolar 1. I’m medicated and have done my best controlling the extreme symptoms. I take care of myself with supportive parents yet I’m not growing up cuz I live with them. Traditional nice introverted people.

Thats why I have trouble with my career and mindset. I’m not expanding or designing my life fully.

I just don’t have or play with ideas or life. Like my friend talks with intention. But I’m super dumb. Like I don’t analyze stuff. Like gahhh.

I’m gone. Why am I always not checked in. Why. And I haven’t figured out how to not do that :( I don’t feel. I’m just numb.

I don’t get it. Suddenly it wont get out of the key thing. My cars a Honda civic lx ‘13. What’s the problem with the key? Do I need to bring it into the shop?

So I can be doing something and my coworker or family does not exist for me while we’re watching tv or doing work.

I just can phase people out - what they’re doing, or saying.

I can do this for hours. Tv watching with my family and I can listen to them but also not join.

How can I start paying attention instead of ignoring????

Hey my car (edit Ty to a Honda civic tech below: a Honda civic ‘13 LX) needs to be serviced for A13. I’ve done the oil change, and car rotation, but now I need the fluid transmission service!!!!

Help on strictly transmission fluid.

One guy quoted me on $250.

And the other maintenance car guy says $600. To use premium fluids and to make sure metal is not porous or something.

Which price is normal??

And how long can I go without tending to the fluid transmission?

Just saw that they automatically sign you up for a 401k. I saw money in it. Can I move that money over to a different account???
