What coffee do you reccomened from these guys?

These guys are literally slowing down. They were doing two days at a time and now they are back at one. What the actual hell is going on with AMCAS

Based on the AMCAS tracker wesbsite with the graph and the historical data, it shows that some people are verified from June 30th. How true is this considering AMCAS themselves state they are July 18th? Are they just inputting false data? Thanks!

Hello all, I recently started getting into pourover and was curious to what you guys thought. I have struggled dialing in coffee in understanding how they should properly taste. One thing I have noticed is sometimes the coffee smells great when brewing, but when it cools down it's overly acidic and sour. If I grind finer, I found that it has a harsher smell/ taste when hot but then cools down to be pleasant. Is this merely a preference thing? Or is it supposed to be judged properly when it cools down? Thanks!

Hey guys, I recently submitted my primary to AMCAS the other week. After thinking a little too hard, I checked my PS through an AI detector and it ranked pretty high of a percentage. All of the ideas are mine, I used chat for some revisions but it was all my work. I understand that ai detectors are unreliable, but it is seriously giving me some anxiety. Can someone give me some clarity on this? Maybe read my personal statement? I genuinely feel like I just ruined my entire chance to medical school over this stupid personal stamtent bullshit. Thanks

I just finished my second year at Redlands, and I would NEVER live there again. My first year there, we had 1000 roaches as well as mold we found around the apartment. I tried to stick it out, as I had other friends with nicer apartments in the same complex. To my mistake, I tried to stay another year. These guys are the biggest scammers of all time. They are trying to charge me $500 for damages that were there before I had moved in, even though the apartment was in a horrible condition. They tried to charge me for a shaking fan, which I never used the entire year. They tried to charge me for a damaged dryer, when I received it without a button and allowed the poor/tired maintenance man to retrofit a zip tie button in the meantime after he offered to replace the entire dryer. Not only that, they charged for damaged carpet that was damaged before, marks on the wall from the previous tenant, and many other things. They were all things they handed to me damaged, or repaired improperly. On top of all that, I still had roaches! The entire apartment was a mess, and the management here is absolutely horrid. I would consider suing this place even I lost money on it, just out of spite because of the kind of lies they are trying to hold over my head. Please, tell everyone to stay away from this place. You do not want to live with these kind of scammers.

Hey guys, I bought a k ultra and a v60 2 months back and I am struggling to create a cup of coffee that is remotely drinkable. I have gone through many, MANY bags of coffee and unfortunately they all suck. I've tried Matt winton, lance Hendrick, other 3 pour recipes, and they all come out consistently sour. I try mostly medium-light roasts, and keep my temp around 93C. The only time I have ever gotten any bitterness, was pouring 20g/s+ on the final pour of Lance's double pour recipe which is the max on my timemore fish. I have also heard that pour speed is not recommended. I had to also grind super super corse to even get a somewhat drinkable cup that way, but I also find that he poured much quicker than the 10g/s he recommended. I don't know what the issue is, but I also feel like it can't be my pour speed as I have also tried pouring slow. I honestly thought that I could get it down quicker with a better grinder, but that is not the case. Someone please help me get a cup that doesn't taste like lemons, I genuinely just want to taste these fruits on the bag. I have almost ran through my second bag of abaca filters with no luck. Thank you!
