sometimes I feel physical pain because I love something so much but do not have room for it

This is so beautiful and I will probably never get the chance to have something so intricately carved again but I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There’s no chance this thing can live with me.

I am dying.

it calls to me like the green goblin mask

for the low low price of $1000 I could get an 8 x 10 snug (snake rug)

It tempts me

Please help… I’m in over my head trying to second-hand shop, what am I looking at?

I am trying to buy a 36” x 18” x 18” tank with a deep section for substrate so that whatever little wormie dude I get has enough room to dig. I just wanted to find a good deal.

I am honestly SO lost I was only prepared to buy a tank but now I need to consider the cost of accessories and what I’d use and what even are these things?

What’s the hood on top of the first listing? And why does the second listing look like it doesn’t have a lid? Which one of these looks like a better deal? Or neither?

Help!!!

Enclosure question - depth of substrate?

I’m looking for a good 36 x 18 x 18 enclosure with good depth for a sand boa to dig in. I figured out tanks designed for turtles tend to have deeper areas I could put substrate. Would this be good for a sand boa?

I would honestly prefer the double-door style of enclosure but I haven’t been having luck finding ones with deeper substrate sections.

Black Russian sand boas?

While looking at sand boas I came across “Black Russian sand boas.” Besides the color, these dudes look the most like Arabian sand boas to me! Does anyone have a care sheet on them? I can’t really seem to find much info on them…

Enclosure - do these guys need top-opening since they need depth of substrate?

Hi y’all!

I do NOT have a snake but I’ve been looking at fossorial snakes (sand boas included). I know they need lots of stuff to dig in! I’d always been told that you want front opening enclosures for snakes so they don’t feel so intimidated by you trying to get them out (or for any reason if you or a tool you’re holding enters the tank). But most front-opening enclosures only leave room for an inch or two of digging room, which would fully submerge them in substrate but wouldn’t really give them *that* much to dig in.

So have I been barking up the wrong tree this whole time? Do they need top-opening enclosures? Because ive been surfing second-hand sites for front-opening ones all along.

How to make Shuckle viable (storyline only)

Shuckle is my favorite pokemon. Actually I just love bug types. This game is killing me because I REALLY just want ALL the bugs but I need to balance my team a bit (and I love the rookidee line so it’s not so bad).

I would like Shuckle to be semi-non-useless in battle. I figure Power Trick would be best, but what moves would you give him?

He will be my ace. Somehow. He will be a terrible ace but he will be the leader of my team.

I’m not competitive or anything so this isn’t THAT serious, I just don’t want him to be basically so unusable that putting him onto the battlefield is more of a sacrifice than actually playing the game.

y’all I just want a good corviknight as my “main man” Yknow. I really like crows. I thought this was the dude I was going to do the work to find a GOOD one of. But I’m so confused. The radar graphs of IVs/EVs in game are so confusing and I swear this does not explain anything.

Which one of these would be best? I’m more partial to keen eye than unnerve personally. I had decided on Natasha until I caught Lyra, who has Sky Attack.

I want to make Shuckle (Pokemon) out of worm on a strings - this would require 4 worm butts and 1 worm head. The leftover 3 heads need to be use for something, so I thought if they started out white I could make the leftover 3 into a wugtrio (Pokemon with 3 white heads).

So the proposed process would be:

-get 4 white worms

-cut each in half. Put aside 4 heads.

-dye the 1 head and 4 butts golden yellow for the shuckle head/arms

-assemble shuckle (shell separate)

-use the leftover 3 white heads (undyed) to make wugtrio

This requires that I am able to dye the worms from white. Are they sturdy enough to survive that? They’re synthetic fibers, which makes it harder as well.
