Qual é a pira desse fenômeno ?

K. surendran actually deserved a solid position, and he finally got it.
"if we have to suppress our national song or respect your theological red lines to avoid offending you, why should we have to swallow daily declarations over loudspeakers that your god is the only true one while our deities are ignored or invalidated?" - valid argument?
Asking the majority to water down a patriotic song because of a minority's religious rules feels like a forced surrender of public culture. naturally, that creates resentment, leading to the counter-demand: if national unity requires majorities to compromise on public symbols, then minorities should compromise on aggressive public acoustic assertions of religious exclusivity.
Happy and Independence Day!May the tricolor always fly high, and may we continuously strive to protect the liberty, sovereignty, and dignity of our people.

SFI activist accused of attacking ED officials in Kerala detained at Chennai airport
(The Adhikari Thesis)
when leftists call others names, remember how communists actually sold out India to the British, sabotaged the 1942 Quit India movement, villified Netaji, Gandhi, and acted as literal British Raj agents. actual history they try so hard to hide.
The historical record of the Communist Party of India (CPI) during the freedom struggle exposes a pattern of ideological opportunism where loyalty to a foreign power (the Soviet Union) took absolute precedence over the liberation of India. When the country faced its most critical anti-colonial battles, the communist leadership chose to collaborate directly with the British colonial administration, sabotage native uprisings, and split the nation.
The Great Betrayal: Trading India's Freedom for Moscow's Defense
The "Imperialist War" Hypocrisy: When World War II broke out in 1939, the CPI correctly labeled it an "imperialist war" and opposed British involvement. However, the moment Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union in June 1941 (Operation Barbarossa), their stance transformed overnight.
- Prioritizing the Soviet Union over India: The defense of Joseph Stalin's Soviet Union became their holy grail. Overnight, a conflict they had condemned as imperialist was rebranded as a "People's War." India's freedom was relegated to the back burner, and the communists declared that helping the British war effort was the supreme duty of every Indian.
The P.C. Joshi and British Raj Pact: Informants and Strike-Breakers
To ensure unimpeded operations for their pro-war propaganda, the communist leadership struck a formal and sordid bargain with the colonial government:
- Lifting the Ban: In July 1942, the British colonial administration lifted the ban on the CPI, legalized the party, and set its leaders free.
- State Patronage and Intelligence Sharing: CPI General Secretary P.C. Joshi entered a direct working arrangement with Sir Reginald Maxwell, the Home Member of the Viceroy's Executive Council. Under this pact, the British provided state facilitation, postal concessions, and paper quotas for communist mouthpieces like the People's War journal. In exchange, the communist leadership placed its party network at the disposal of British intelligence, supplying names and details of underground nationalist freedom fighters.
- Crushing Labor Strikes: To keep war-production factories and supply lines running smoothly for the British military, communist trade unions actively broke anti-war labor strikes and forced workers to stay on the job against the nationalist consensus.
Sabotaging the 1942 Quit India Movement
- When Mahatma Gandhi and the Congress launched the historic Quit India Movement in August 1942, demanding an immediate British exit, the British jailed the entire national leadership overnight.
- Instead of standing with countrymen facing British bullets and prison cells, the CPI actively denounced the uprising. They labeled the Quit India Movement a "fifth-column" disruption and a pro-fascist sabotage designed to weaken the Allied war effort. They actively worked to frustrate mass protests and public resistance.
Vicious Vilification of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose & Gandhiji
The communist hostility toward nationalist figures who fought the British by any means necessary crossed into outright treasonous propaganda:
- When Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose escaped India and formed the Indian National Army (INA) with Axis support to wage an armed military campaign against the Raj, the CPI launched a vicious smear campaign.
- In their official organs, they caricatured Netaji as a "Quisling," a "lap dog of Japanese imperialism," and an "arch-traitor to India's freedom." They dismissed the Azad Hind Fauj as a mercenary force of plunder, directly aiding British psychological warfare against the Indian freedom fighters.
- The CPI leadership ruthlessly mocked Gandhian principles of Satyagraha and non-violence, dismissing them as bourgeois, utopian, and out of touch with the realities of modern industrial warfare.
- They argued that preaching non-resistance or local civil disobedience was useless against totalitarian fascist regimes, and that opposing the British war machinery amounted to siding with global reactionaries.
Intellectual Midwives to the Partition of India (The Adhikari Thesis)
While the nation was bleeding toward independence, the CPI adopted a theoretical framework that provided the exact ideological justification the Muslim League needed to slice up the country:
- The Two-Nation / Multi-National Theory: Drafted by communist theoretician G. Adhikari in 1942–1943 (titled Pakistan and National Unity), the party officially declared that India was not a single nation, but a multinational subcontinent.
- Backing Jinnah: Following Stalin’s doctrine on nationalities, the CPI formally endorsed the Muslim League’s demand for Pakistan, arguing that distinct religious groups constituted separate "nationalities" with an inherent right to secede. They actively lobbied the British Cabinet Mission to carve India up into 17 separate sovereign states, serving as intellectual architects of the bloody Partition.
