hi! i'm going to shanghai disneyland next week! i have some questions:

1. the park closes at 8.30pm when i go but what about the souvenir shops? i heard it goes past the closing time sometimes.
2. must-catch rides or attractions? tron is on our list of course!! can't wait!
3. we just got the normal entry pass, what time is recommended for us to arrive? is 8.30am too late to start queuing?
4. i'm thinking of vlogging our experience there. can i bring a dji pocket 4 or a digital camera into the park? (i will not be bringing the tripod stand along)
5. we are thinking of eating at the cheesecake factory! any other suggestions?

i'm bringing my parents out for brunch (good sandwiches, cakes, coffee and etc) on a weekday. i'm debating between a few places - ahimsa santuary (vegetarian food), visitors (newly opened korean cafe and i heard good things about their visitors cream latte) and 174bingo. i have a list of places i want to try but i was thinking if you guys have any suggestions or recommendations? so i have a question! i have tried both dookki and 90 minutes, they are both teokbokki buffets with the same concept, just slightly different food variety...

which do you guys prefer? i'm really curious about this haha. both are good imo but i have friends that usually like one but hate the other. side note: red holic is not a teokbokki buffet but theirs are SOOO good!!!

hi, i was on a calorie deficit and working out for the past few months and made a lot of progress. also stumbled along the way of course and had plateaus.. i won't lie, at the start i had a bigger calorie deficit than normal to push movement in the scale then it just stopped working. i felt weak too. now, i reduced my deficit and still work out the exact same amount... i'm actually making more progress? i'm losing weight more easily and feel stronger. why though? i wished i didn't rush the process and knew about this sooner 🙏😭

hi! we will be in seoul from 16-24 april next year with my parents. we are mostly interested in eating good local food, doing shopping and cafe hopping. these are some of the places we want to go to across the 9 days + maybe a day dedicated to travel to gangwon do because i heard it's pretty trendy now for the beaches.

our interests: (i'm mostly into vintage & thrift shopping, also wanting to visit a market to eat street food. my mum is into viral and aesthetic cafes/places she sees on tiktok, because she likes to take photos and also shop just like me. she also wants to fit in 1-2 malls if possible. my dad is into exploring old-school malls/places and also vintage shops for vinyl records and etc.)

places we have in mind: myeongdong, han river, hongdae, dongdaemun, seongsu dong, gangnam, hyundai department store, starfield coex mall, lotte world tower/mall, everland (optional*) and gangwan do (a day dedicated for it)

hi! i have been struggling with gerd for a while now.. but it got better after i lost weight, watched what i ate and went on a diet. it still comes back when i have big meals but that's on me.

recently, i had hotpot with some of my friends and ate a little too much.. i was feeling so bloated, uncomfortable, in pain, burping and it was sour tasting.. it just got better but my stomach still feels a little bloated and painful when i touch it. what would yall do if you were in this situation?

celebrating my mum's birthday and she likes high-tea/afternoon tea, pastries, light snacks, cakes and etc, but the sets are usually for 2 pax and we are dining as a 3 pax (with my father of course). so, we are thinking a buffet would be more ideal. we wanted to opt for the awfully chocolate brunch buffet but there are no tables left on this weekend.

anyone have any good recommendations? looking at l'espresso at the moment... is that a good choice for a high tea buffet? any suggestions are welcomed! (:

i am 23M, 170cm, i started at 74kg in nov last year. i consume about 1100calories per day (even lesser at the start), but i do have cheat days (usually the weekends). i am at 57kg now but i realise it's plateauing around here for me.. i work out everyday, trying to incorporate more strength training and also up my calories.

i'm just afraid i'm eating too much now because i researched that if your calorie deficit is too high at the start, it messes up your body and metabolism. i need some advice on this 🙏 thank you!!

hi! i am solo travelling to taipei in june and i'm planning on dining in at one of my favourite hotpot places called mala hotpot at ximending area, but i will be eating alone this time, i can't seem to book a table for one so i'm worried it will be crowded when i head over on a saturday. the free flow haagan daaz is what gets me going 😭😭 are there any other alternatives or can i drop them an email to do a special request? please kindly advise and help me out! thank you
