What’s the difference between men’s and women’s sleeping bags? Is it just size?

What’s the difference between men’s and women’s sleeping bags? Is it just size?

I accidentally bought the men’s size (f here) and exchanging to is complicated.

Are there any major differences or is it just gonna be loose? If it’s just loose I think I can deal with it

Does anyone know a really good TCM retreat/clinic in china for body alignment and “tongue pulling”

I’ve been self studying TCM and have done a few acupuncture sessions but I want to go to the source and get the fix I need. I’m aware my tongue is not “right” my jaw line is not very strong. It’s not fat I’m skinny. I have this weird tendon in my neck (the same side where I feel like my younger is “tied”. I’m also dyslexic and have struggled with speech and public speaking but I think I’m at a normal level of communication. I’m very smart but I often feel like I don’t have the vocabulary to fully express.

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience or recommendations of a really good TCM retreat/clinic in china where they can fix me up because I’m honestly tired and want something stronger.

What’s the best day hike I can do from Corps

I’m staying in Corps and will have a car to drive closer to the mountains

What are the day hikes you recommend in the area?

Weekend hike/camp in September

Work is sending me to France for an event but I can take the weekend to go to Mount Blanc (somewhere I’ve always wanted to go but never been)

What would be the best trail for a weekend only? And are there any tour operators I need to deal with?

Emiratis that “don’t look Emirati” and don’t always wear traditional abaya/kandora

Is it me or do we experience a unique reverse racism that’s high key uncomfortable.

I don’t have a lot of local friends so when I complain to my non local friends I feel like they don’t get it and if I complain to my Emirati family I feel like they see it through their own experiences

I hope I’m not alone

Chat recommended those activities in Åndalsnes - I need a human opinion

I only have a few days in August to visit Norway and I’d like to do nature activities. I don’t drive and don’t want to commute a lot. ChatGPT recommend this but I wanna get a human’s opinion

Day 1 – Arrive in Oslo → Train to Åndalsnes
5–5.5 hour train on the Dovre and Rauma lines.
Check into a cabin, lodge, or hotel overlooking the fjord.

Day 2 – Hiking in Åndalsnes
Depending on your fitness and hiking experience, you could choose:
Rampestreken – A rewarding half-day hike with panoramic views over the town and fjord.
Romsdalseggen Ridge – One of Norway’s most iconic ridge hikes (full day).
A gentler walk in the Romsdalen.
Kayaking or a fjord cruise if you’d like a break from hiking.

Day 3 – Nature around Åndalsnes
Take the gondola to Nesaksla for incredible views and hike back down.
Visit waterfalls and river trails nearby.
Spend a relaxing afternoon in a sauna overlooking the fjord.
Stay in a mountain cabin if you’d like a more secluded experience.

Day 4 – Åndalsnes → Oslo
Train back to Oslo (about 5–5.5 hours).
Check into your hotel.
Evening at the waterfront, the opera house, or one of Oslo’s neighborhoods for dinner.

Can I replace my 6 cm heel to a 2 cm heel

I have those leather boots with a 6 cm/ 2.3 in heel. I like the style, the wide toe box and the fact that it’s real leather.

But the heel height is a little bit too much for every day use. I’d like to cut it down to 2 cm.

How realistic is that?

Starting a new hobby with a man during mercury retrograde

Two years ago, I started seeing this guy who was a climber and so I picked up climbing. We broke up after six months. It was very traumatic and I had to go through a lot of healing. It’s been a while but now I’m back to climbing because I made new friends who aren into climbing and honestly I enjoy it too.

It’s Mercury again now and I feel like I’m resurfacing all the trauma.

Part of me wants to reach out to him to clear the air

Part of me knows that I shouldn’t but I’m climbing and every time I climb …
