Dissociative identity disorder in our main characters

I am writing a romantasy where the main character is a demon and has did. The story is in stream of consciousness pov. I have roughly an idea about a few of the alters that exist.
Like a care taker + prosecutor alter
A fragment host whose only job is to host since they have the best senses.
Gatekeeper alter whose only job is to keep the care taker from surfacing(I think).
Also their partner is kind of a red flag too and I don’t want them to be reduced to simply accepting everything. They have a saviors complex where instead of leaving they brim obsessed with ‘saving them’. It’s a bit complicated. But right now, the mc just stays with the love interest even though the love interest spoils them a lot to the mc who had no memories they are suspicious.( though I suppose that’s not a did writing issue).
I don’t want it to be confusing for the readers.
Idk can someone who has writing did characters give me some pointers here??

Under the moon( otome game)

The game I’m referring to is one made by a company known as sugarbean that is no longer working. ( I think)
It’s so niche almost nobody has even heard of it. It’s fully voiced and 18+.
I’m a huge fan of things with an almost fairy tale like tone with heavy under tones and themes. This wasn’t that at all. That main character was pretty boring. The star of the show for me was the male love interests performance. Back when I didn’t know what they were really saying or what was really going since I couldn’t read Japanese that is.
In curious about something: those of you that do know about it and have played it, tell me something. if you read a fanfic where there was a route for each ship( I mean like sena x Kyle) - which ship would you chose? Simply between the guys. And I want to hear you reasoning to.

I want to learn a African semitic language.

I want to learn a african semitic language. Very specifically, the Modern Standard Arabic and maybe develop some understanding of the dialects too afterwards. The thing is, i have struggled with it for my whole life and i am now looking into learning it for personal reasons. To be fair i was only 'learning' it before for religious reasons.

I need to go from struggling to proficiency of reading, writing, and speaking. I mean like a level of proficiency of being able to breath it. Any tips would help. I do not have money to shell out on apps and classes or very many people proficient at it enough to talk to. Give me your most unhinged methods of mastering a language.

examples families of ww1 and 2 with dark secrets

I'm writing a book where my main character is looking into a family secret that lead to his immortality and I want some real life references. If this isn't the subreddit to ask about dark subjects like this, please point me to a different subreddit. I'm new here.

If you do have some, please list them.

I want suggestions for books with unique takes on ghosts and thrives specifically. Something on the shorter side and I don’t mind if it’s old. Actual classics are fine and lesser known classics are even better. Thanks.

I'm a new writer. I don't intend to publish my work, and as it stands I face many obstacles. Since I started, i've made slow progress but never finished a project. I have learned a few things though: like when i was wondering "how do i write?" i was really asking about genre and beats. Or like when i realized i think better on pen and paper then in a document online. Very basic stuff.

My problem is this: I'll get inspiration for a truly unique idea. I'll start it. I've gotten better at that. I'll start by building the main character and I'll make some head way but then i'll find one massive plot hole after another and before the story has even begun its changed so many times and i either rage quit and changed the story so much I don't see a point in continuing. And I think its about to happen again and I need tips to avoid it.

Anything helps.

Okay this concerns a really niche otome game called under the moon which is an 18+ fantasy hentai game where you play as the demon kings daughter.
If you know it I have a fun question for all of you : have you ever thought of shipping any of the male love Interests with each other instead of the main lead?
My thoughts are:

  1. Kyle x sena - sena would happily tease Kyle and have so much fun doing it and would be a bottom for Kyle obviously. They’d be so cute. Like sena would talk smack and the Kyle would fuck him into next week.
  2. Honestly sena should have been the main character and gotten with everybody.
  3. Honestly I feel like seiju would have been so good with somebody with more of a personality than Ashe.
  4. Her voice was too high pitched.
( wrote this on my phone so don’t be surprised if you see misspelling. Autocorrect)

Okay, i have a really awesome thing going but i'm just beginning to workout the specifics. So, in my world there are non human magical races besides humans that are all in one way or another enslaved by humanity. The thing is, the only magic that humans have, is contract magic. And they kept it a secret, passed down in generations.

The two myths are: There are massive consequences or those who break a contract and the person's status dictates the contracts or bonds power. Both are lies or at least half truths.

I've looked it up, there aren't any solid rules fro contractual magic. My take is that humans would, in a dire situation, use magic the way they use money. Money only has value thanks to the shared value we put on it. But how could they get other races to see that 'value' and manipulate it?

I need advice here!

I’m writing a romantasy where the main character is of noble status. The thing is I’ve read these stories before and I rarely end up caring for the mc. The rich main characters problems almost always make me role my eyes and I don’t want my readers to feel this way about my character. There have read characters with this background that made me cry, but that’s rarely. I don’t think it’s the backstory itself but the execution of it? The mc is gender fluid and the eldest child, has escapist tendencies I think thanks to the families generational trauma and mc being weak physically on top of it( growing up I mean). But they’re super comfortable in their sexuality to the point it can make others uncomfortable. I just want to make the readers care of this character.
