Anyone else have an outage at their home ? No tv, internet, or land line phone service, & their automated message says it will be fixed by TOMORROW ?!?!?

How do I get rid of this ?

My phone just upgraded to one ui 8.5 this morning. Now, when I'm going to type anything using the Samsung keyboard, there's an alert dot on the emoji icon, & once i click that, the screen pictured comes up. I have no idea what that even is, I'm guessing some kind of new galaxy ai sticker feature ? Anyone have any idea how i can get rid of this alert dot ? It's already driving me nuts !

Fare Adjustment Takes Effect May 18 Following Temporary Reduction

(White Plains, NY) – Westchester County is notifying riders that the BxM4C express bus route will return to its standard fare beginning Monday, May 18, following a temporary adjustment related to OMNY system configurations.

Beginning May 18, the fare will revert to $7.75 per trip. Reduced-fare riders will pay $3.85 during off-peak hours. Passengers are encouraged to have their OMNY fare payment or exact change in coins ready when boarding to help maintain efficient service and minimize delays.

The temporary fare adjustment was introduced to accommodate system updates and ensure a smooth transition for OMNY riders. With those updates complete, the route will resume its regular fare structure.
