GRAY DIVORCES are continuing to rise at alarming rates.. If you are a person who got divorced at the age of fifty or after fifty, how are you fairing?
I enjoy dining at FINE DINING establishments, yet the economy is in the toilet, literally, and NOW.. I dine at 5-star restaurants maybe once or twice a year. In all fairness, roughly TEN yaears ago, when I was better-off financially, I frequented high-end restaurants, once a month! That being said, how often do you enjoy a greattt LUXE eatery?

For three plus weeks, I began to take Red Rice Yeast capsules to lower my cholesterol. Everday, I noticed I was having backaches and muscle pains, while taking the said capsules..
That said, I went to Dr. Google to get more answers regarding this anomaly and low and behold, backaches and muscles pains were indeed some of the sisde effects.
I stopped taking them and I am waiting to RIDDD my system of them, yet I still feel the back pains.
In a few weeks, I'm going to try the Black Girl Vitamins Brand, Chloless Control to combat high cholesterol. The reveiws about this product are greatttt!

Just recently, my PCP prescribed one of the statins (10 mg. capsule) for me to take daily. After taking it for a week, I felt strange!
Back story: I am in FULL-BLOWN post-menopause and have been for ten years. I have nevaa-evaa had high cholesterol in my entire life, and I strongly believe it is due to my raging hormones!!
That being said, starting next week, I will be taking Red Yeast Rice Plus CoQ10 and have alerted my doctor of what I will be doing. She wasn't happy about it, yet she said it wasn't a bad choice.
Good people, if you've replaced your statin meds with Red Yeast Rice Plus CoQ10, where the results favorable? Are you pleased with your choice?
