If you are Prestige and have bought every single joker from the shop, can you still get NEW jokers from gambling ?

I already have every joker in ample quantities. But can you get additional NEW jokers that you do not yet have in your collection by gambling ?

I also did every secret quest jokers.

So, why did we need to convey together everytime an upgrade is available ?

They let us take the DNA bio booster individually. So why the fuck do we absolutely have to drop everything we're doing just to open an upgrade box ? Half the team is waiting on other players, while these players have to drop whatever they are doing and go back.

These mecanics of forcing the players to stick together do not do well at all with the expanse of the caves, the need to get everything to have a fighting chance even on low difficulty, and that fucking timer.

Even when I win, it still feels frustrating

If I could review this game with a single line, it would be this.

I could explain why, or where things should change and blablabla but for me that's the gist of it.

Even when things go well, even when I get good upgrades, even when my randoms are playing very well, it still feels immensely frustrating. Like if I was winning in spite of what I did.

Anyone else gets that feeling ? When even things are going great, there's still something bothering you ?

The item selection mecanic is giving me anxiety in multiplayer

I don't want to have to consider everyone when I play. I don't want the stress of not picking someone else's choice. I don't like the idea that we can't both have the same item since we were both lucky enough to get access to it.

I sincerely despise the stress that this gives me. I want everyone to have the same choices and I don't want someone missing out because of me.

38 $ canadian caribous is a fair price for me. Why did you guys hide it ?

Title. For dwarveloppers if I'm that lucky. Why did you guys hide the price if it wasn't absurdly high ?

Hot take : there's no good reason to do quests the first time in multi instead of single

So if you do quests solo, you :

1- have access to internet to help you

2- can pause the game for any amount of time

3- can stop doing quest, go walk your dog, come back and finish the cactus questline in peace

But there's no big upside in doing quests in multi. But there IS downsides into starting to do quests on your own, ask for help midway through the quest without a single peep before that while we the 3 other randoms have finished clearing the map and are waiting at the boss.

I'm not saying it's wrong or that they can't do that, it's their game they can make it suck if they want to, I'm just a guest. But what I'm saying is that there are only downsides into doing it during a multiplayer game.

I'm currently, at this very moment, waiting on the host to finish doing the picture puzzle that I already did dozens of time by this point, before we can do the boss. I could leave, I know. I'm just still surprised at people not realising that no, this isn't the optimal moment. And I'm betting my left testicle that doing quests on your own while randoms are elsewhere on the map is not more fun for you either anyway.

The cowboys did that right, for me at least

So recently I was into Far Far west first to help me wait for Rogue Core, and then because it's honestly just a gem of a game that you guys should try you'll love it.

But the reason I'm talking about this is that until recently, the loot you found during missions was shared the same way Rogue Core expects to do it. As in, anyone could pick anything and you had to "share" manually. That of course is a roll of a die when you play with randoms like me.

So they decided, fuck this, and now they lowered the rate of loot BUT it's instance base. Everyone can pick it. And best part, if you pick it and realise it's useless to you, you can still drop them for others to pick as extra. Best of both worlds. All you need is to drop them where people will gather, like bosses.

And now my question that I ask myself is, would I have 60 hours in the game in a single week if it hadn't changed their loot ?

I guess that Rogue Core will answer that question. But remember everyone, in an Early Access state everything can be changed if the community asks it loudly enough. AND if the devs are as great as Far Far West's team to listen and actually change things.

With randoms, the idea that portals are shared between casters kinda suck

I can imagine some kind of play in a team, but it's going to be a waste of a spell.

If you don't know, there can only be 2 portals max per map. Total. Meaning if everyone casts portals, there is constantly 2 max per map.

Back in my day when I played Super smash bros on the Nintendo 64, we could change the color of characters to show who was what. Why not have different colors of portals so everyone can use their own portals and positions ?

I was right now years old when I discovered these can be destroyed without starting the wave

Using the AoE of the upgraded bow I can get rid of these easily.

Is there any point to track or collect specific weapon fragments once you finished unlocking every gun, sidearm and grenade ?

Thank you

I have no idea

Thought of asking

Less I might lose on some things

Is there a way to check your loadout without having to individually go to each vendor ?

Title. I'm hoping not, but it's still early access. Still, it does seems like a big oversight. Especially considering how precise some jokers can be. You have to remember a lot sometimes between your guns and your own loadout.

For a game that's a week away from launch, I'm having a surprisingly hard time finding out how much it will cost

So, title, since I can't find a number anywhere, how much will this cost ?

Edit : I do believe that holding on a game's price for this long sucks no matter who publishes it and doesn't profit the fans in any way. And if one week before the launch they are still thinking about it, what are we doin ?

La vallée surprenante ! Surprising Valley

Original map here : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3721278668

Since it's a first map from a map maker, I'm going to add a few things here and there that I noted.

At the beginning, the berries are mixed with the trees and there's barely any place to grow or build on because there's too much wood around the starting point. I'm not sure if it's an intentionnal challenge or accidental, but hunting berry bushes one by one is more annoying than hard.

I absolutely loved the little alcove of resources. Guys, do more of this. Treated planks, extract, and other goodies behind a wall of thorns and not too far from the start to be unavailable. That allows you to build a few things before you reached the technology, I like it.

If you like me play on very long cycles, then you might realise that there's just one bad source at the start and it's at the other end of the map. So there's that XD By long I mean over 100 days.

Otherwise it's good. For the next map, I suggest more verticality and more underground things to really exploit beneath the earth, while on a smaller map.
