The food stall made my burger smaller because I ordered it at a discounted price via a food delivery app membership

I often go and physically order from this food stall, my brother recently discovered that through a food delivery apps membership, we could go and pick it up at a fairly discounted price (I think the app pays them online later).

We bought food through this a few times and this time when I went to pick it up, the guy put down two large burgers on the front of the stall, what I would normally get.

But then he said in my native language "nono these aren't the delivery app name ones" and then he puts down these noticeably smaller burgers and declares them the ones I'd get.

I reluctantly took them home and ate them, one of them turned out a bit uncooked as well, so yeah it's understandable but mildly infuriating.

How do I improve my lifestyle?

For context, I am 16m, I am an avid gamer with bad posture, I'm starting to go to the gym but have trouble with discipline, I also want to improve my skin and hair, I want to know how I can properly develop discipline, what are some things that I can do to improve my skin without using products and what products would be most effective otherwise and how do I improve my slightly receding hairline as well as some white hairs I somehow already have

Double standards for men or women aren't bad, they should exist because men and women are different.

Men and women are different biologically, emotionally, physically etc

I see people on social media comparing scenarios involving women with scenarios involving men and humorously comparing the two and implying that in an equal world the reactions should be the same, they shouldn't.

Examples would be that in legal cases, a mother is granted custody roughly 65% of the time, while a male parent receives custody only 35% of the time, this is due to the obvious fact that women are natural nurturers and care more directly for their children, as they have birthed the child and have a (more) special bond with them.

A more social example is that women being playful with a child which is not theirs is seen as wholesome whereas sometimes when men act the same it is seen as uncomfortable/awkward especially when the child is a girl, this double standard is backed by the fact that 88% to 96% of child predators are men so it is a naturally protective trait to feel uncomfortable in the situation involving men.

Of course not all double standards/gender biases are valid however most of what I've seen are.

These feelings or double standards, feel discriminating however they are backed by statistics, facts and practicality.

I hope you have a great day!

Rocket League Developer Appreciation Post

The devs have really started working hard on the game again, many of their recent updates have had wide positive feedbacks, on a personal POV the removal of bots was one of the best recent updates, I was shocked on how they managed to do it, many doubted them but they managed it, and with the recent S23 QOL (Quality Of Life) updates made, it really shows that they care for the playerbase, keep it up!!! 👏👏👏

TLDR; W devs, keep it up

If you are a MUSLIM and supporting LGBTQ then what YOU are doing is WRONG

There, I said it, a lot of people are arguing in subreddits because of all the LGBTQ stuff and yes I agree with the fact that we should not just lash out at them but calmly explain why it is wrong, but supporting them WHILE being a Muslim is very wrong because you are doing something that is strictly forbidden in your religion, "Oh but I'm not gay myself so it's okay na" NO, if you just ignored them that would've also been fine, but instead you're promoting and supporting them, the downside of this is your own Muslim brothers and sisters might start to feel as if being LGBTQ is acceptable, it is NOT. This post, is for Muslims, being a Muslim you should not support this, I don't have any comment on what your opinion on this is if you are a non Muslim.

JUST REACHED GC2, what now?

Alright so I just reached gc 2 after like 2k+ hours, (maybe more), now I want to know what I can do to improve, I will upload a replay later, but I want to get some overheads, basically I'm a pretty unmechanical player (I can do basic air dribbles double taps etc but I use free airroll so you get the gist, I want to learn effective mechs like pop resets and stuff and would like to know how, and sometimes I make some mistakes that even make me question whether I'm in gc 2 or C2, I want to know what changes can I expect going from gc 1 to gc 2, how can I adapt to those, how can I improve my mechs, since summer break is right around the corner and I would love to just grind out rl
