Is there a dumbbell ab exercise that's just as good as the machine crunch?

I normally only train my abs with the machine crunch and hanging leg raises, but today I couldn't make it to the gym, so I have to work out at home. I don't want to do a typical ab routine since they're pretty useless. I have a pair of dumbbells at home and a bench, and I was wondering if I could do something with them. Is there any exercise?

I ate junk food after a 1-week deficit, did I just throw my progress in the trash?

I've been in a 300-400 kcal deficit for a little over a week while hitting the gym. At first, it was tough because I was hungry, but after a couple of days, I got used to it. Plus, I don't know if it's just my mind playing tricks on me, but I already feel leaner. The thing is, today I ate normally throughout the day, but for dinner, I ordered takeout. And the worst part is I couldn't even finish it all. Did I just throw my progress in the trash or delay it?

I finally want to change my hairstyle, which one do you recommend for my facial features?

I’ve been rocking this basic haircut for a couple of years now, just a regular fade with a messy top, but I finally want a change. The thing is, I don’t know what hairstyle would look best on my face shape. Plus, there’s a major factor: I have a pretty receding hairline (even though my forehead isn't that big), which might affect the kind of cut I can get. But anyway, what do you think would look good on me?

Once and for all: is it possible to increase height or at least the perception of height?

I'm 18 years old and I'm between 177-178 cm, although this varies because when my father measures me, some days I'm 178 and other times I've measured 175. The thing is, my height is supposedly 'good,' but that's a blatant lie because most of my friends are 180+, and this has really affected me because I was always told I'd be around 180 since I was one of the tallest in class. But when I turned 16, I stopped growing while my friends kept going until they were taller than me

Because of this, I wanted to know if height can be increased. I've learned that once growth plates close, it's no longer possible, but many people say our current height isn't 'real' because we are compressed and that with stretching, you can gain up to 5 cm. However, many others say this lasts very little and you compress back within hours. So, I'm asking once and for all: can height be increased after growth plates close, or at least can the perception of height be permanently increased?

I go to the gym 3 days a week. Should I do: arms/back + chest/legs; arms/back + chest/full body; or full body all 3 days?

I can only go to the gym 3 days a week, and I was wondering what the best split is

I was going to start at the gym with a bulk, but for fear of gaining too much extra fat, I prefer to do a body recomposition. Am I correct?

I'm going to start at the gym after several years (I only went for 3 months), and at first, I thought a bulk was the right way to gain muscle mass. However, after thinking about it, I realized I might gain too much fat if I did it wrong. Upon further research, I came across 'body recomposition' and decided to go with that. I calculated my maintenance calories at 2470 kcal, so for the recomposition, I should be in a deficit of about 300 kcal (meaning, eating around 2170 a day) and hitting the gym 3 days a week (I can't go more). I’ve designed a diet that includes 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight, 1g of fat per kg, and the rest in carbs. Is everything correct, or am I doing something wrong?

I guess I should have used more energy trying to submit him rather than just dragging him across the octagon

I think we all know the stories of Toby Fox and Scott Cawthon, and that both are currently millionaires due to the popularity of their games, but will it be the same for Gooseworx and TADC? On one hand, Toby, for example, has made money through game sales, but also through merch, collaborations, etc. On the other hand, as far as I know, the only source of income for TADC is merch, since the series is free to watch on YouTube, and on top of that, Glitch surely takes a large cut of that money. So, do you think this has been enough for Goose to have the same luck as Toby or Scott?
