Most of my views are coming from Shorts, while I'm now also starting to upload longer Story Mode videos with cutscenes, dialogue and gameplay.
Is the gaming niche still worth pursuing in 2026, especially for a small channel?
Or is it becoming too saturated unless you already have a large audience or a very unique concept?

The Short has 114.6% average percentage viewed, yet it stopped around 131 views with no engagement.
Has anyone had a Short like this eventually pick up later, or is this usually a sign that something else needs improving?
