Gemini Air is causing the screen to flicker. I have unplugged it for 5 minutes. But starts again after a few minutes. Should it be replaced??

What actually happened was in Festus, Missouri, voters removed the four city council members who were up for reelection and had supported the $6 billion AI data center project. It was not literally “all city council members” because only those seats on the ballot could be voted on at that time. The remaining members and mayor were not all removed.
There was also a separate case in Independence, Missouri, where two council members who supported major tax breaks for an AI data center were voted out.
