It’s a fairly big order and was expecting lots missing with all the fridges and freezers conked out from the heatwave in the supermarkets but I’ve got everything I needed. Was starting to get worried as recovering from an op and can’t get out of the house so it’s a big relief.
I’m 47 so an older than average for removal. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed last week, including an impacted one. The area over those gums is still very tender and painful if I accidentally touch them (not dry socket as the symptoms don’t fit) and I’m guessing it takes us a lot longer to actually heal from these things.
Also unlucky enough to have an injury to my lingual nerve so feeling especially miserable today.
Had surgery last week to remove my wisdom teeth. Had a GA with it and it seems to take me such a long time to start feeling somewhat normal afterwards.
My husband always says I take double the average time but I swear it’s longer even. Just end up feeling groggy and out of it if for days on end.
Had 3 wisdom teeth out on Tuesday. Have had a totally numb tongue on one side since then, trismus on the other side (I already have TMJD) and awful heartburn and nausea from the antibiotics I’m on. My face is very bruised and it’s going down my neck. The swelling is subsiding one side but not the other. Keep tasting a small amount of blood as well. 0/10. Do not recommend.
Especially noticeable on white bedsheets. They are usually thinner stripes than this but this one is quite large.
The rubber seal around the door in the machine is a mid tone grey so I’m not 100% sure that’s the cause?
Felt a sharp pain while showering this morning and pulled this out. Area where it was feels a little sore and tender now.
Just watched the series on Rewind TV. Surprisingly never heard of it before somehow. Wanted to look up some of the filming locations but there’s not much info online.
I need a natural mattress, no memory foam or latex. Needs to be around 25cm so my fitted sheets fit it plus I already have a tall bed frame and don’t want to make it higher.
I am hypermobile so I need it to be supportive but cushiony soft on top, hence no memory foam as that sets my joints in uncomfortable positions.
Last couple of mattresses have been Silentnight but don’t seem to have an equivalent any more than I can see. Also getting overwhelmed with choice and don’t know what companies are reliable any more!
It’s a long time since I’ve been to the station and they were down a lot of steps and you paid for them, about 50p or similar. Then they seemed to be permanently shut.
Can’t get a clear answer online and I’m a really nervous traveller so like to know all the details before hand.
Went on holiday here in the mid ‘90s with my best friend’s family. I can’t remember the name of the hotel or exactly which part of the island it was on. I have no photos of the outside from the front but they had a pool and it was next to the road, not set back. They had a small restaurant at the front side that had covered outside seating.
The only outside shot is on our balcony so some of the view is visible behind me.
Edit to add: we travelled to the Old Town a few times by taxi so had to have been within about 30 mins from there by car.
I used to watch a YouTube channel run by two ladies in their 30s I think. They both had distinct vintage styles, one romantic florals and Victoriana and the other was mid century modern but with an Americana, Native American, boho vibe.
They visited different states together thrifting and going to antique malls. Lots of home decor and jewellery. Think they also had their own channels but started out together. I believe they fell out with each other and either stopped making content together or perhaps just stopped all together.
