Amd vs Intel help.

So I'm going to build a new pc and I'm looking into amd because I've never done an amd build and I want one, but I'm really always a bang for the buck kind of pc builder and I'm not really seeing anything that's better price to performance than doing an Intel build. What am I missing? Is there any way to match the i5-12600k, the i5-14600k or the 270k plus when taking all factors into account? The 12600k and the 14600k being able to use ddr4 is huge for me because I really don't need ddr5 for the things I do. I play wow classic every now and then, I do a lot of work from my pc like re-encoding tbs of media for my plex server or my modded systems like my original xboxs, converting games to different formats, etc. Can I beat intel on performance or at least match it for an all around build for a similar price? The ddr5 is killing the price of everything I look at like the 9600x!

Best need for speed games?

So I absolutely love need for speed underground (1) and I've been getting all of the older need for speed games setup on my pc with the latest mods and such that make them even more amazing! I've only played the older need for speed games, underground 1 and 2, most wanted (og), and carbon. I played them all on the original Xbox which I love but these pc versions are insane! They look and work great! Never having played any of the newer need for speed games from the 360, ps2 or after, which of the need for speed games are the best and would fit my taste being that underground 1 is my favorite of the series, followed by most wanted and underground 2/carbon.

I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely love my Jonsbo z20! These things are amazing. I use this one as an htpc media player for kodi/Plex and retrobat emulation that sits at my tv and couldn't be happier with the little case!

I5-12600k

MSI Pro B760M-A WIFI DDR4 Motherboard

32gb ddr4 3200mhz

SeaSonic 850w gold

Intel Arc B570

I went with the intel gpu because nvidia doesn't work right with my old Sony Bravia TV that I like to use for my retro systems! Intel works perfect with it but nvidia sucks with it 😂😂. With nvidia, It's always changing the display and the refresh rate and makes the display too big and hides parts around the screen, depending on the video file it's playing. I read online that nvidia doesn't support these old tvs so it is what it is.

So I have older Sony Bravia 1080p non smart tvs as I like them for my retro systems, because they have 4 hdmi ports, component ports and composite ports and such, but nvidia gpus don't work properly with these tvs. They're always changing the hz and the display and such so the display is bigger than the actual screen and it's cut off and zoomed in. So I built us one using an Intel b570 a couple weeks ago in a Jonsbo z20 with and i5-12600k and 32gb of ram and that thing worked perfectly with the intel gpu! So I built the wife one for the bedroom too! It's in an Msi Mag Forge 321r airflow case with the same i5-12600k, 32gb of ram and an arc a310 this time and it's working fantastic too! Love these little gpus! The card looks so tiny in there 😂😂.
