Had a second seizure while riding my motorcycle. Doctor prescribed Keppra but I’m scared to start it. Advice?

Hey everyone,
I’m (26M) struggling to accept a new epilepsy diagnosis and need some advice. I’ve had two unprovoked seizures now,

First one: 21 days back, Happened at home while presenting my screen on a work call. Colleagues said I stammered, went silent, and they had to ring me up as they were afraid i had a stroke or medical emergency something.. I woke up with severe back muscle pain that lasted 4 days and ended up with rhabdomyolysis (my CPK was 21k which later became normal)

Second one: Happened 3 days ago. I drank some coffee and was heading back home to host a work meeting demo in 30 minutes. About 5 minutes before the seizure, I had a brief spell where I suddenly couldn't understand what my friend was saying, and I even told them about it. Right after, I started my motorcycle, rode maybe 10 meters down a bylane, and blacked out.
Bystanders said I had stopped the motorcycle but was struggling to balance it and was about to the drop the motorcycle to the side (it aas standstill though the last thing i remember was starting and riding it- this happened at a place just 1 metre or 2 seconds after that memory)
They managed to catch the bike, but I hit the ground, went completely stiff, and was foaming at the mouth. When I came to senses,I realized I had peed my pants and there was sand on my jeans and t shirt meaning i was on the ground.

The motorbike 🏍️ is parked and i am afraid to ride it anymore .. though i like cycling and did go out for cycling ride yesterday and today an planning to go tomorrow… 🚴🏻

My neurologist prescribed levetiracetam(keppra) (500mg, twice a day) 💊for 6 months, but it’s been 3 days and I haven’t taken the first pill.
Because I feel completely normal in my day-to-day lifestyle between these two events, a part of me is in massive denial. I want to wait to see if it happens a third time before committing to daily meds, but I'm also terrified of the Keppra side effects.

Has anyone else hesitated like this when they felt "normal"?
What are the actual risks if I keep delaying? Thanks.

If i dont take the meds, will it mean i will have lower threshold to next seizure and my brain will be trained to more seizures? Please help me…

I am having difficulty accepting this.

Should i keep my iphone in bib short picket or jersey pocket behind my back?

The jersey back pocket is showing clearly slower speeds which i am sure is inaccurate because i was going down flyover slopes at highest gear overtaking many cars. It shows 55 kmph

Whereas few days back when my iphone was in bib shorts pocket, it showed 60 kmph on a flat.

Is it just that phone strava is inaccurate?

Shluld i get bike computer for accuracy?

How to always ride in the drops

Just got into road biking and and purchased a Scott road bike. Now when I ride in the hoods, I tend to lock out my elbows, but now I have improved on that and I am not locking my elbows, but still some strain is there on my arms, but if I’m riding in the drops or aero, I find it difficult to look up and it’s kind of hard to hold the position longer. Is it normal?
I want to hold the position longer if not all the time and make a habit out of it because I plan to upgrade to an aero bike in future, like Merida reacto.

When i ride drops, i cant look up ahead as the neck hurts if i try to look further ahead

How much angle should I keep my elbows at as they are bent when in the drops?

How do I even take these cycling gloves off?

How do you even take these cycling gloves off?
I find it difficult to remove these gloves unless I stretch it..
I see the pull tabs at base of palm but those dont really unroll the glove well enough as the back side gets stuck and will tear.

Please share tips

Which ktm bike offers good protection from mudsplash protection during rains?

I am looking to buy a ktm bike like rc390 or Adventure 390 or duke 390.

I want to know if the bikes offer good protection from mudsplash etc especially from the wheels.

In my current bike Honda Hiness this is a big issue, as my legs and feet get splattered with mud from water during rains due to the build of the bike.

I would appreciate your input.
