Working on an electronic leveling helper clone
I've been working on an electronic leveling helper clone, using a cheap, $22 board ( Waveshare ESP32-S3 1.47" display board - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0FCYC4CKT ).
The idea is that it tells you how many blocks (in my case, lynx levelers, but it can be set up for 2x's, 4x's or whatever) are needed on which side, and how much the nose needs to go up or down.
Getting the STL dialed in right now, but in the end, it'll use 2 10mm neodymium magnets to hold to the bumper.
Mainly doing this for my own use, but if there's interest, I can release the firmware/SCAD files when it's closer to ready.
It also spins up a tiny access point (wpa2 protected after setup) and web server, so you can view the level, and configure things like trailer width and length via wifi on a phone, tablet, or laptop.
This was built with a mix of hand-coding and AI assistance to get the leveling math and web UI dialed in.

Recently sold our ‘03 class c motorhome, and picked this 2019 wildcat maxx up for a good enough deal. For being a “1/2 ton towable” trailer it sure squats my f350 pretty good although still a couple inches off the overloads, I’m sure the leveling kit and 37” tires make it look worse than it really is (helper bags ordered) .. Demco recon hitch in the middle position. I’ve got about 2 fists between top of bed and the trailer. Fully planning on pulling doubles (small boat or sxs trailer).
I feel like I should either raise the pin box up a notch or drop the hitch to the lowest setting to get the front of the trailer down a bit to get closer to level, is there a reason or benefit that it would be better to move one over the other? We boondock primarily and bedside to camper clearance is a concern for the potential off road situation I’ll inevitably get into pulling this trailer.
Am I going to die?
I touched something on the steering column and now the lights are freaking me out!!!
What does this emoji mean?
It's my uncle's car. He's been in hospital for two months (fuck cancer) and today I decided to jump start the car (using my own car as power source) and take it to my house but even though the battery seems okay (lights working and all), but the engine won't even try and this symbol pops up. TIA
Getting ready for the apocalypse
How many miles do you think a transmission will last on Sheetz atf
My bet is 300 miles and it starts slipping,
With a CVT give it 50 miles

I would like to take over r/scissors in order to re-open it.
"Fullscreen Android auto doesn't support the Ram's screen geometry"
Works fine with a Carlinkit (except for phone calls).
It's a Stellantis issue, not an android issue.
Who's that person or dept?
The one you think of whenever you see this. For me, it's anyone in receiving.
Heads up, Starlink has raised prices again.
