I want to take admission in imsciences for my computer science masters. Is there anyone doing masters in imsciences? I want to know about the overall experience, staff and environment.
I’ve wanted to do e-commerce since I was a child. I’m 22 now. I’ve been doing freelancing for about three years yet I haven’t saved even 1k usd to launch an online shop. Everyday I work but it feels like I’m stuck in the same place. I cannot get a job as I’m in college. Any encouraging words for me?
I have an irrational fear of insanity. I am very anxious in general but it’s one of my worst fears. I also have derealisation/ depersonalisation and ocd. So that makes it worse.
Anyone experience anything similar? I’m scared I’ll end up manifesting it.
Today my dad came from work. I was right infront of him but he didn’t tell me anything. Then my sister came and he asked her to bring him some water and make him some tea. He rarely asks me to do anything for him. Even though every time he asks I do it happily.
I’ve tried many times, yet he never warms up to me. I use my laptop a lot for my work and he hates that. Even tho I get good grades and earn my own money, he still likes me the least out of all my siblings.
He has very outdated thinking. And He’s a huge misogynist. He treats my brothers way better than my sister and I.
Recently my brother got really bad board results. He didn’t tell him anything. But took it out on everything else.
When I’m sick he doesn’t give two shits, but when my brothers are sick, he does his best to make sure they’re ok.
He recently lost eyesight in one of his eyes to glaucoma, and it broke me. Everyday I would sit and pray for him and recite Quran and do all kinds of stuff praying to god to give him his eye sight back. None of my other siblings cared. Even now, I’m never able to forget his eyesight and it breaks my heart everytime I look at him. But I’m not of much significance to him.
Am I sinful for this strained relationship

We know that in Islam, we believe that before humans, jinns roamed the earth. Ofc the earth wasn’t always the same. The Appalachian mountains are more than a billion years old.
Now, a huge amount of people have reported paranormal activity in the appalachians. I think it has to do with the fact that jinns lived there. And some of them are still there and cause these paranormal activities.
The fact that they were higher than the Himalayas once also supports the case as jinns like to be in the mountains.

Honestly before you think it’s a sob story, I just want you to know that I just want to change my life.
For context, I’ve been doing pretty bad for the past 4 months, ex started dating someone else without us even having a breakup, lost my cat, two of my close friends who were passive aggressive and shady towards me so I cut them off.
Also cut my best friend off cuz she knew I was going through hell yet she didn’t ask me once how I was doing. Also for the past two years I was the one initiating every single convo so it was long overdue I guess.
My family gets on my nerves so bad. My mom is always in a bad mood/crying. My dad is so unpleasant and hard to be around. We are struggling financially.
People are a hard thing for me to deal with in general.
I do have an online skill I make some money from here and there and I wanna launch my own business.
I just want some advice on how I can start getting better. I’m always trying to get better but after a set back it’s hard to regain my momentum. Thank you

I have very curly hair growing up till I was around 17. Then it started getting milder and milder. Now it’s almost straight. But one thing I’ve noticed is that when I shower without shampoo some waves take shape. I also use heat.
But I used heat when I was a teenager as well and the hair was still curly. Plus I’ve cut my hair a lot. Some strands sometimes become very curly when I don’t use shampoo for one or two showers. What can I do to get my natural curl back? We have hard water at home btw

I created a zoom account and linked it to my PayPal account. First transaction worked just fine through Xoom. Now when I try to send money from PayPal through Xoom, it doesn’t show me PayPal balance as payment option.
Another thing is that I don’t see PayPal balance as payment option even when sending money directly to another PayPal.
Anyone have any idea why?
I live in Pakistan and do freelance work. Clients mostly use PayPal. Converting it into PKR and sending it to my wallet is done with airtm which charges a lot. Is there any other easier way, so I’ll stop losing so much money to service charges? Can I ask my uncle in Saudi Arabia to make a wise account for me?
Nothing feels real to me. I mean I know it is but there’s a small voice at the back of my mind telling me it’s not real. Like it doesn’t feel real. I’m aware of derealisation and I’ve had it quite a lot.
But back then when it would happen I would know I’m just having an episode. It would happen when I would be under a lot of stress. Now it feels different. And when I focus on it it just gets worse and then the world feels like it’s closing in on me.
It worth noting that I’ve been under a lot of stress these past two months. Tho I’m doing better now, and taking Zoloft for my anxiety, it still bothers me.
I’ve also had the fear of going insane for quite some time now. I also get a lot of existential thoughts and questions. Am I alone in this? I honestly don’t even know how to describe it. It’s like feeling disconnected from myself.
