It's especially apparent here because combat in GX is just ridiculously OP compared to how it is in any other game. In X, you have to actually put in effort to get one KO, and your machine needs to be heavier for better results. But in GX, side attacks are a guaranteed one shot 9 times out of 10 no matter what machine you have.

I am Simon. I am a male Inkling living residing in Splatsville. I've been living there for a few years, sometime before the Rock Paper Scissors Splatfest to be exact. Moving there felt like love at first sight. Before that, I lived in Inkopolis with my parents.
Whenever I'm not in Turf Wars, I tend to focus on my fishing hobby (And no, not as in Grizzco, just regular old fishing). I also like drawing things, even though they aren't anything super special. I initially started doing Turf Wars because I wanted to feel the thrill, and feel the thrill I certainly do.
My main weapon in Splattershot, such a basic weapon, but gets the job done regardless. Though I do also like using the TTK variant, Forge Pro, and even Stickerz Stamper when I'm feeling a little spicy.
When it comes to music, I'm a big fan of Squid Sisters. I've been listening to them since I was a young kid. I do like the other idol groups too, and some other music bands here and there, but Squid Sisters is number 1 but a very long shot compared to everyone else.
I also like traveling. Mostly to Inkopolis, either when I want to visit my parents, or to hang out with some friends. I do tend to explore Anarchy Bay and Inkopolis Bay as well, I've found some sunken scrolls from going to those 2 spots.
And as you can clearly see, I love wearing all black. It's been my style for years. Even though I'm always told not to in high temps, I never have issue at all. I'm just built like that I guess.
I was initially insecure about it at first, I thought the more chaotic nature it claimed would not be for me, but I quickly got used to it and managed to snag a good apartment for pretty cheap. I spent most of my first month, outside of Turf Wars of course, exploring around Splatsville and I quickly fell in love with it. There was a lot I felt was better than Inkopolis: It doesn't feel as empty, the food tastes more rich, the architecture is pretty stunning in some spots, and even Deep Cut is great (Though Squid Sisters is still my favorite). Though on the subject of food, I did get gastroenteritis from eating leftover Salmonid, so I was stuck in bed for a like 4 days, and I couldn't make it to the hospital on my own either. Though thankfully I did make a few friends back then, and I got help from one, a female Octo, to take me to the hospital. But even that was a bit of a struggle. Overall, Splatsville felt like love at first sight. Everything about it just felt right for me.
None of these glass or transparent themes work properly for me at all. They just appear as an ugly opaque color.
Initially, HD/Fusion seems easier because of the faster weapon switch compared to Classic. But then there's the Achilles Heel of Fusion that basically ruins it for TFE and TSE is the enemy physics, they suck. This mainly is the case when playing on Hard or Fusion, since enemies move slightly faster in those difficulties in both versions. In Fusion, this causes most enemies to have extremely volatile movements. Kleers and Gnaars will randomly speed up and spin around you like crazy, making them very awkward to fight in big groups especially. And Werebulls will have times where they stop suddenly way before they should. None of this is a problem in Classic. And don't even get me started on the Kleer room in Oasis. That's already the hardest spot in TFE for me, and yet Fusion's broken physics make it even worse. Have fun.
I did plan on trying out SteamOS on my desktop since 3.8 got publicly released (Even though I also should get a AMD GPU since I don't want to wait for Nvidia support). But something I was thinking about is whether or not you can actually start up SteamOS directly into desktop mode somehow. Is that possible? Also, SteamOS can let you setup a passcode for startup for waking from sleep mode. Can that still be usable even in desktop mode?

I was thinking of doing it mainly for the Steam gaming mode overlay. The gaming mode overlay does have benefits like even lower RAM consumption than KDE Plasma, so I figured it would be a good idea to have on a desktop.
Everything was working fine earlier today, but out of nowhere my PC is just stuck on my black screen whenever I started it up. I assumed it was because CachyOS completely broke, so I tried plugging in my flashdrive to reinstall it, but then I found I cannot even access the BIOS menu no matter what keys I press. Is there a way I can be able to get things back in shape?

One match, I went straight all in on the first hand so I can win that hand and give myself an advantage very early on. It helped me win the Lugermorph. It's a bit of a 50/50, but when it works, it really works.
I did try installing KDE Plasma on Mint 22.3 before, but for whatever reason I was on Plasma 5.5, even though the current Plasma version is 6.7. Is it because of the apt packages? And can I be able to update Plasma to version 6?
I haven’t eaten any in a long time. I remember one time, back when I was on my first month living in Splatsville, I had some leftover Salmonid from yesterday in the fridge, which I had already eaten and had no issue. And I didn’t know what else to eat so I heated it up in the microwave and thought everything was alright. But when morning came, I was feeling very sick and had a stomach bug. So I was stuck in bed for 4 days, and it was all because of those leftovers. And that’s what put me off eating Salmonid eat all together, fearing I would end up in another gastroenteritis phase.
It was all working fine yesterday.
I have not been able to beat this even on Bring Em On. I died too many times and I eventually gave up on the run entirely. And I can beat all 6 Wolfenstein 3D episodes on Bring Em On without saves and going off the live system, but that's just proof how absolutely sadistic Spear of Destiny is for me. It's as hard as Super Mario Bros 2 Lost Levels.
