This is by far one of my favorite games, i finished with peaceful revolution and freeing the androids with markus, connor, north, josh alive and kara and hank are dead, how do i go about it in the next play through to indulge all the other content ive missed out on.

I have the game on epic games, epic games launcher by itself is horrible, and so is the rockstar launcher, could i use the night light launcher for example to bypass the launcher and still go into online with my rockstar account?
I'm trying to make a server of multi game modes with a vote including deathrun, guess who, TTT, prop hunt the thing with my server is that im trying to make it mostly vanilla with the only downloads being the map and a few qol addons, what maps or addons can I add to make it better, or even new gamemodes? P.S (Server doesn't get more than 8 players so I'm opting for smaller maps)
