I have some 2.5" 1TB hdd's laying around which have seen almost no use. I run a Synology DS923+ with 4 drives and use Hyper Backup to backup to an attached external drive every night. I'm still trying to figure out which off-site I should go with for my absolutely critical data which is below 1Tb. Would a DS124 at a family's member house populated with one of these non-NAS laptop drives be a crazy idea instead of just going with Backblaze B2/Synology C2?

Wondering if anyone is using MEGA's S4 object storage for offsite backups for their Synology. Pricing seems a bit better than other providers like Backblaze and C2 but cannot find many experiences on it for NAS backups.

I just got a Legion Go S and looking around for accessories. I'm looking for a nice travel case and saw the JSAUX one which seems very durable. I also would like to get one of those TPU cases that sits around the sides and back of the device but was wondering if the console still fits inside the case when it's on or if it's an exact fit? Anyone that has this carry case and is also using a TPU case on the console itself?

A local electronics store has a pretty good deal on an open box OnePlus Watch 3. Would it still be a good buy for around (€100) considering OnePlus is leaving and software support is kind off lacking from OnePlus anyway. Seems the OPW 3 is still stuck on Wear OS 5

My food syncs fine between web and mobile (Android) but whenever I manually change my goals like calorie goal or macro percentages it doesn't reflect on the app. It seems there is a syncing issue specifically for goals (and possibly other things). Does anyone have the same issue and knows a way to solve this?

I know there are some concerns about the performance of the Z2 GO apu, but I could get a Legion Go S with the Z2 Go, 32Gb and 1Tb storage for a very reasonable price locally. It comes with Windows but would like to put Steam OS on it. Do you think it would be a bit more serviceable because of the 32Gb of ram or would it be held back too much because of the cpu?

The other option for a similar price around here is the Asus ROG Xbox Ally and otherwise the 16gb/512gb/Z2 Go of the Legion Go S for about 40 euro less.

When I purchase Dishonored on Steam I get the RHCP version because I'm living in one of those areas. Is it possible to have someone who lives outside of those to gift me the game so it shows up normally in my Steam account?

Looking to get Lego City Undercover and deciding on getting it for my Series X vs on PC. Is the PC-version the superior one? Read somewhere that the console versions are locked to 1080p/30fps.

For a NUC mini-pc I'm looking for some RAM. The workload only would require 2-3Gb of RAM max. Unfortunately the system only takes DDR5 and haven't been able to find 4Gb DIMMS. Do they even exist or is 8Gb the minimum DIMM size with DDR5?

I have both a PC (Intel B580, Intel i5-14400f) and a Xbox Series X. Should I go for the remastered trilogy on either of those or perhaps the originals through backwards compatibility on the Xbox in your opinion?

I'm looking to clean and repaste my Falcon and my Jasper 360's. I never opened a 360 before but have experience with PC's and other consoles. I have all the tools like the opening tool, x-clamp remover etc. I do see quite a bit of variation in the guides online. I'm looking for the very best guide or video to minimise any damage to the console or case. Often I see use of metal tools and screw drivers and think those might be the cause of damage to the case. Even the opening tool seems like it would damage the plastic to be honest.

A user bought a fairly high value item from me. Everything seemed okay with 700+ reviews and a 4.9 average. But since yesterday the user has two 1-star reviews saying "order not completed". Should I be worried? Could this user be hacked and the account is now used by someone else by any chance? Communication otherwise was very good.

Wanted to try and play some Battlefield 6 on the Series X as I saw it supports keyboard and mouse. I usually use a Cooler Master USB-headphone on my pc so was wondering if anyone has tried to use KVM-switch to share keyboard and mouse with a PC (my Xbox is on my desk) and also use a USB headset for voice chat?
