Pretty sure I resubmitted after a denial on the 28th. Transfer of a previously approved SBR to trust. Now I just need to add my son to the trust as a responsible person. Everything I’ve seen so far would suggest that is unaffected by the upcoming legislation though so I wasn’t worried about timing on that.
So my form 4 transfer to a trust was disapproved for “Responsible Person Questionnaire Incomplete” possibly because of a missing signature and for my State of birth not matching somewhere?
Do I need to resubmit or can I modify?
