Nothing happens when installing drivers

So I've downloaded the official driver file for my laptop but the driver and other drivers as well don't get installed.

When I run the exe I get this installation window (see image) and after it nothing happens.

I've had the same exact problem with OMEN GAMING HUB but I solved that by downloading the OMEN GAMING HUB from the Microsoft Store but no idea how to solve it for actual drivers since I have no idea if there's another way I can get them.

Did Windows update install all drivers for you after formatting with a USB drive?

Can I get a confirmation from someone that actually formatted their laptop with a USB drive and then used Windows update to get and install the drivers.

Did Windows update install all the necessary drives and verifying that by going to Device Manager and checking if anything had a yellow triangle?
