My workhorse

I have many cast irons

My faves being Taiwan cast iron pots with wooden handles

12" Chinese pan i had 25years and dont even know how I ended up with it

A couple lodge Dutch oven i used to fry

Enamel coated pots and pans

A lodge griddle I use as a comal

And many other unique but never really used pieces I collected over the years

But this mid-priced Christy Teigan 13.75 kinda replaces all of them about 10yrs ago....I use it for EVERYTHANG except deep frying....I mean EVERYTHANG!!!

My wife even uses it sometimes but she usually prefers the wok (she is filipina)

And I dont have to crowd my foods when I fry....or i can definitely cram foods when I stick it in the oven I even make baked beans then stick it on the charcoal grill with hardwood to smoke for hours

This workhorse is definitely jealous since it dont really allow my other pans to get any work very often

What is your go-to pan?

Unpopular opinion: MSON was not that bad

I would have liked to see actors who looked more like the characters we all connected to (but then who knows if they can act) ....and maybe better actors to begin with

I would have liked them to somehow include that old black man that tony visited.....forgot whose father he was

Would also have been awesome to reveal after the dicky hit a psychopathic teenage Mikey Palmice behind it....chase really missed a good opportunity there that would have drove fans wild

Maybe add a few terminator hits

And maybe filmed a trilogy including Johnny's mistress and the dog..maybe orgin of how hesh got so heavily involved...satriales drama....harpos dad.....and a few other gems
