And he'd have a rage meter that increased his damage, and he'd be able to pull stone slabs out of the ground and use them as a shield or throw them like the tank from L4D, and he'd have a stagger mechanic where instead of taking damage all at once all damage dealt to Hulk would be dealt over time instead of all at once making him incredibly easy to heal, and his ult would cleanse all currently staggered damage.

For real though it's kinda crazy how overstatted the dino is. I feel like the best way to deal with him is either ignore him and attack his healers with a fellow diver, or go Emma and farm 100 beam charge off him without going anywhere near him cuz unless you yourself are dino, going anywhere near dino is basically a death sentence, even Thing has a very hard time going near dino it's crazy. You can kinda save your ult for dino ult and control him with cc, but that's basically all you can do to him.
