Transfer Partners/Earnings/Customer Service/Carrier - Which Is Overall the Better System: BILT or AMEX?

I'm torn between the BILT system and the AMEX system, especially when I think of them as a general whole. BILT for me would be the overall winner but after getting hit with int'l fraud and getting it taken cared of (still is in processing) it leaves a very dark mark for me for BILT. While AMEX has my heart for customer service but where it lacks is acceptance for places like Ebay, Costco, and places that still don't take it. I know I can pair a VISA (possibly the Robinhood Gold but I digress and focus solely on these two).

So what say you! Dear Reddit readers? What do you say in this?

Rarity/Long-Term Availability: CPP2 Ecopak vs TP4 28L

Hi all! Bag addict and Aer fan since the original Active Fit. I found myself in a pleasurable dilemma where I have come into possession of both the City Pack Pro 2 in Ecopak in Coyote Brown and the Travel Pack 4 28L in Ultra. Both of these bags fulfill my EDC needs and travel. CPP2 will work as a personal and the TP4 28L if stuffed out can be carry-on (not sure yet if I can finagle it as a personal) but what I'm more concerned with is which bag will be available for the longer term. Part of me thinks the Ecopak will be the first to go and thereby harder to find - PLUS there's more version of the City Pack Pro available.

I love the color of the Ecopak so I'm wondering if it's better to keep the Ecopak on the backburner.

What do you all think?

While I see the rewards/cost benefits of both Robinhood and Bilt; their customer service is rather lacking. So I've been looking back at AMEX with their points - that work for me - and their customer service.

I'm kind of looking at 2 setups:

1: Just the Bilt Palladium Card where I get 3x

2: Double Cash, Strata Premier, Custom Custom when combined I get an average of 3.75x

If transfers partners top out at 2cpp, obviously the Citi route gets more points but Palladium is a one card setup. But Citi has a cash out option.

Makes me wonder what do you all think is better.

This week I was going to do the 14-day trial/$49.99 a year grandfathered plan for Bevel Pro but got busy and when I was going to do it today. The app kept stalling when I wanted to do the trial but now it says $99.99. Did I miss a cut off date or something? Man...

So I'm out of the Gold SUB and there isn't any new NLL links. So I'm wondering if the best way to get the Gold Card and some cache of MR points is via getting the Green Card and doing an upgrade?

What do you all say? Part of me just wants to get the Gold straight off so I can pair the uber credits with the Plat.
