Like honestly the criticism is deserved but that doesn’t mean I don’t still love my boys…

I’ve had my PlayStation and regular PC discs for years but recently I was just like you know what let’s find the other ports and just splurge. I know I’m missing some newer ports of them like the physical Remasters and stuff but I’m only really interested in the original ports of the game.

Mad respect for people who do this often and can whip out a reroot quickly

So I got the new Mira dolls from KPDH and the change from Saran to Poly hair in production bugs me enough that after seeing a Twitter post of someone else’s reroot with these milk silk shades (the purple is for Rumi when I eventually get her dolls) I decided screw it I’m taking matters into my own hands. I’m not completely oblivious about rerooting I’ve watched many customising and restoration videos so I know “how” to do it but I just want to make sure I get it right. First, knot method or glue method? I’ve seen both these techniques used and I wanna know what’s best. I’ve also seen people put the bald heads back in boiling water to shrink the holes but if I do the knot method do I not need to do that? Next, what size needle is best for these dolls? The tool I bought comes with 0.6mm and 0.8mm needles. I’m thinking because her head is more like Barbie size than Monster High than the 0.6mm is best to use. Last question is what’s the best method to get the singing doll’s head off? I’ve seen people use a hairdryer to get dolls heads off so is that the best way to avoid getting any water near the mechanism? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated too, I’m very terrified of messing up my dolls 🫠

So I found out someone had actually ported an edit I made a few years ago to MM+ so I tried to download it but when I play it all the 2D backgrounds are wrong. I installed everything I was told I needed and tried to mess around with the spr files but it never changes anything. It's always these same images when they should be the ones in the YouTube video. I turned off all mods I thought could be clashing but it changes nothing. Can someone please help me figure it out?

I’m giving up for now…

I managed to emulate the game and while I have basic controls and combos down I have no idea how to do stuff like grab and guard etc. I tried looking for a guide but all I can find is the combo list for the characters. If anyone has a proper guide they could give me I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been so bored with League recently like it’s always the same shit every game but when Classic was announced I really wanted to play Eve. Never played her before her 2017 rework so I went into this completely blind. Did not go well lol but after a few more games and research I think I got the hang of her. Still don’t really know how to build her I’m just going off what I’ve seen people recommend but I’ve been having a lot of fun with her and will keep playing her for a while.

This game was so messy ✋😭 but also very fun 💅

Mine is No Logic. Tied as my favourite Luka song (the other one is Highway Lover by Mikito-P btw) and I just can’t stand it in the games. First learned of the song in Mirai DX and, while I love playing it, the chart does suffer from the oversimplification that most songs in the game suffer. I really wanted an accurate note chart to play which lead me to learning it was added to Arcade. And omfg this song is just awful. They cut out MOST of the song and singing. I get the song was too long but like WHY CUT IT IN THAT WAY LEAVING IN ALL THE LONG INSTRUMENTALS. Just shorten all the instrumental parts of the song. We don’t need that long ass intro, we don’t need that long ass bridge, just shorten them and bring back that first chorus. What’s worse is I hate the note chart as well. Yes it’s more accurate like I wanted but they overcomplicated tf out of it. All the note switches and quick changes make what is supposed to be a fairly chill and slow song feel like a rollercoaster. 8 star my ass it’s AT LEAST a 9 maybe 9.5. So yeah there’s no way for me to ever fully enjoy playing this song because both instances lack what I want greatly lol

For some reason the sword glow in Knife is misaligned and it's bugging me a lot. I do have mods installed but I wouldn't have thought any of the ones I have would affect something like this.

So mad this song wasn’t on the full album btw stream it queens to make her change her mind about that decision
