Isn't this really bad? Seems Pogun was finally some chance at real world adoption?

Like, some days I wipe and there is (almost) nothing on the paper. Other days, its like I am wiping a crayon and I could just keep going (.

I feel like more fiber makes it softer so you actually have to wipe more?

What to eat so the stool is always "easy wipe"?

Dont get me wrong, I love Cardano but, in my opinion, the fact that its doing so poorly in terms of real world adoption is because there is no central vision and central marketing and sales team actually selling it to potential customers.

The ideals and values behind it are amazing but adoption is seriously lacking and I dont think it will ever come.

Midnight on the other hand has so much potential so please for the love of .. , learn from Cardano's mistakes and do it different this time.

Honest question. I am spending to much time scrolling Reddit, reading the news and looking at Instagram and LinkedIn.

I think I do it also because I dont know what else to do?

I used to love PC gaming but now they simply 'dont get me' anymore and I always stop after a few minutes.

I can like reading but its hard to get myself to start doing it.

The gym I know is good but I dont like it.

I feel just weak for always defaulting to scrolling on my phone or on my PC.

I have been using Rybelsus for about 2 years and it worked miracles. Slowly build up to the maximum dose and I lost 26kg.

More exercise, healthier chooses and above all: no cravings.

Some unexpected positives where: less inflammation (dont need my Ceterazine allergy pills anymore) and last summer I almost didnt sweat at all due to lower body temp where before I was sweating excessively.

But, now, a year later I am still on the max dose but it keeps getting harder and harder to keep the weight off.

My appetite returned, I have sweet cravings, my body temp is higher again (this summer I can bare the heat much less while I still am 20kg lighter than before) and sometimes my allergy flares up again making me need a ceterazine once or twice a week while I was off it completely for 1.5 years.

So, it feels my body is getting "used to" it and I am slipping back and I hate it. I dont want to think about food all the time again and I loved the lower body temp and being off the allergy pills.

En nee dan bedoel ik niet de mensen die als motivatie "ze zijn niet wit dus slecht" hebben maar meer de overduidelijke andere normen en waarden die mensen uit andere culturen/landen hebben?

-Zo heeft de Islam bijvoorbeeld geen verlichting doorgemaakt en zijn moslims doorgaans een stuk conservatiever / intoleranter tov. vrouwen/homo rechten etc.

-Iemand uit Eritrea komt uit een stammencultuur die totaal anders werkt dan hoe we hier dingen doen.

-Mensen uit Rusland en het oostblok zijn meer gewend aan corruptie, minder vertrouwen in de overheid en neigen sterker naar sterke leiders en niet teveel zelf nadenken (ik heb er een aantal als collega's).

Nu zeg ik niet dat al die dingen per definitie een bedreiging zijn maar mensen gaan niet ineens anders denken als ze hier zijn.

Dus is in die zin het zo gek dat mensen het feit dat al die mensen mogen stemmen als een bedreiging zien van 'onze' leefwijze?

Edit: met 'omvolken' bedoel ik niet dat het met opzet gebeurt met een duister plan maar meer de angst voor het te veel openstellen van grenzen waardoor er teveel mensen hier komen te wonen die dus totaal anders over fundamentele zaken denken

I have been out of crypto for about 5 years and back then I was fully into Cardano and for me it seemed like the best, futurerproof chain out there.

Last month I decided to get back into crypto after and it seems like nothing actually happened?

I mean, sure, probably a lot of hard work has been done but as far as I know no real world implementations have taken off?

So the question from an outsider: what happened and have they learned from it and is Cardano still a viable investment?

I am planning to HODL and Stake for 5+ years but can't find much about what's going on and being worked on other than Midnight that seems very early stages at this point?

(Serious) Next to the toilet pot in the bathroom is a similar sized, low to the ground, pot with single, fixed, faucet. There is no hose, just the fixed head is adjustable up and down and cold water.

I am not from a country where bidets are common so is this one and thus meant to wash my ass or is it something to wash your feet in?

I am really split 50/50.

On one hand it seems to not really make sense to have something specifically to wash your feet in after going to the beach.

On the other hand the thing has no toilet seat and is low and with the faucet being only slightly adjustable and with cold water it doesnt seem to be a nice/clean process of washing your back and/or front bottom parts on it?

I saw them first when I was 17 and on holiday in Mallorca and someone said "its for your feet" and I never thought about it again until now at 40 😅.
