I want to do a "dead men dont rape" with Medusa's face. I am not personally a survivor of SA. Would it be wrong to wear a Medusa patch in this manner?
Okay so first picture is what it currently looks like. This is a combo of my ideas into a rough draft, my wife drawing it out on paper to make it look better, then her mom (amateur tattoo artist) cleaning it up and fixing a few things on an iPad. The last 2 pictures are the inspiration. The last 2 pictures are the inspiration. It will be about 7-8inches in height on my side.
The current image is basically an amalgamation of everything I want in the tattoo but its just not better than the sum of its parts or however the saying goes. That is to say, I dont like it. To me it just looks like some Clipart mashed together not a coherent or good looking tattoo. My wife and MIL are amateur artists in general but her mom does great tattoo work with designs people bring and flash and simpler stuff. Im just trying to get this design to a place I want it but at this point idk how to "fix it."
I am open to all suggestions. Does my complaint make sense? Is there certain stuff you would change to make it better? Are there some examples of similar tattoos maybe in different styles to reference?
So my mother in law "Ally" is dating a man "Tim" and he has 2 daughters with another woman. Tim's oldest "Kate" lies constantly about anything and everything to get what she wants. Her mother knows this yet when Kate told her they were abusing her, Kate's mom called the cops on Tim and Ally. Apparently Kate was kicking and screaming and fighting them and may have bruises from them picking her up.
The chateauguay police called Tim and Ally saying they will call again when then need to come in to be arrested. Tim doesnt work and they don't have a lot of money. Im from the states so my limited knowledge of dealing with law enforcement is based on the US way of doing things. What do we do?
I imagine say nothing to police and get a lawyer is the same here. How can we get a public defender in Quebec specifically Chateauguay? Is it different on the reservation?
If we pay for a private lawyer is there anyway to take the mother to court to cover the legal fees since she knows her daughter lies about this stuff and called the police anyway?

I have a Samsung S24Fe (SM-S721U) that was from Verizon. It has a Verizon esim. I moved to Canada and got a Bell Canada physical Sim. Since im in canada my network coverage is videotron instead of verizon. After putting the Sim in I realized I hadn't got the phone unlocked yet so I called to pay it off and unlock it. The data roaming worked in the meantime. It shows under connections > more connection settings > network lock status as "unlocked." But I am still randomly getting the notification "Sim 1 isnt from Verizon. Some services may not be available while you use sim 1."
I have both Sims still in my phone as I need to change mfa on accounts but want to make sure I'm 100% good before doing so. I tested call, text, multimedia text, and data roaming on the new Sim and everything seems to be working fine.
I have screenshot of both bell and Verizon apn screens not sure how I should post those here if needed but the only thing i noticed was off was that the Verizon one doesnt have a url set for MMSC. Just says not set and it doesnt let me edit it.
How do I make sure my new Sim is working 100% and get rid of the notification?

So i can't use any documents directly from ancestry.com but do official copies have to be certified? Can they just be photo copy? For example my Grandmother is getting her mother's death certificate from the county she died in in the states. Can she just get a basic copy and photo copy it and email it to me and I print it out?
For precuring my great grandmother's birth certificate is there somewhere I can try to request it? Ancestry didn't have them. I tried searching how to get something like that but my results either lead to a site that was very hard to use or a site to request my birth certificate.

So Saturday my wife and I got back from errands around noon - 2p. Her male cat, Radar, was going in and out of the litter box constantly. She started checking after and there was barely any pee. She said he did something similar 2-3 years ago when he had a bladder infection. Then after a bit she noticed he peed with some blood. (I don't think at any point there has been like a disconcertingly large amount of blood but at least a noticeable red tint.) So after discussing we decided to take him to the ER that night at midnight. When we finally got seen they basically said they don't feel any blockage and that it is probably just inflamation due to stress if there has been a big change. They also said something about him seeming like an anxious cat like yeah he is at the vet not a fun place to be.
We did say that there was a big change in the home. This is where my first question is. So 1 month ago my medium size dog and I moved in with my wife and her 2 cats. They said this could be it and it can take some time I guess for it to impact. The thing is (and we didn't really think about it and mention it) but he has been fine around my dog. My dog doesn't really bark or chase them. He gets oddly protective while we eat but not of his own food. My wife has also had multiple foster dogs. Smaller but yappers and her brother's dog when over tries to play with Radar. And I have visited for 2 weeks at a time once with probably a slight smell of old roommates cat and there was no issues. So we aren't really sure it makes sense that he is stressed or anxious. Could this be a reasonable explanation?
Now onto their solution and more questions. So they prescribed .2ml of Buprenorphine .3mg/ml and 100mg gabapentin every 12 hours for a week for an 8lb cat. We did that the next morning and it pretty much sedated him which my wife was worried he wouldn't be able to operate properly if we kept him so heavily drugged. Like it was hard for him to drink and use the litter box. So she has only been giving him the buprenorphine which still has him a little drugged but not completely. Did they overprescribe? They say its to calm him and the inflammation will pass and the blood in pee should stop in about 3 days. Well as of today there is still a little blood in his pee. Is it possible it is actually a bladder infection and crystals are forming. Did we take him too early to detect them or an infection?
My wife got an appointment with our regular vet for thursday because wednesday is Canada day so they are closed. We are hoping he gets better today and if it seems much worse by tomorrow then just taking him to the ER again. Not sure what the best course of action is here.
Additional info:
the vet did say he seems dehydrated. he hasn't been drinking a lot of water. He will drink here and there but not a lot. Last night my wife used a dropper to force him to drink some water.
He can't eat proper urinary aid food because our other cat is allergic to it and they share water so he has been on hydrolyzed protein food instead.
He is on medication for seizures and since being on medication many years ago has not had an episode.
Besides all of this he seems fine. When not drugged up he is walking around and jumping on things and eating. Just sleeping a bit more.
Okay so I am American and here in Quebec on visitor "visa" for 6 months. I applied for visitor record and if that gets approved then I'll be here for 11-12 months. I am going to apply for inland spousal sponsorship PR to Quebec. I know that it's not great but my wife can't move yet. We plan to move next year in May/ June to somewhere in Ontario.
While a decision is being made on CSQ am I able to get an OWP or is it only when I get accepted and it goes to IRCC?
If I get denied CSQ and we move how much time do I need to give myself to reapply to try to my OWP before my visitor record expires? I have seen that we can sign a lease and my wife have a job lined up and submit that proof to IRCC that we plan to live outside Quebec. Just don't know how much time would be needed to get that done earlier. If I get an inland application resubmitted can I ask for another extension to visitor record?
If my visitor record expires and I leave, when can I come back? I know flagpoling is frowned upon but can I just fly home for a couple weeks and fly back and get 6 months again?
A big question I have on the CSQ process is how it works? Is it first come first serve and people could already have applications in before they open it, queuing up? Do they try to process inland before outland? If my application is squeaky clean (no criminal or health history and all the proof for relationship etc) will it get processed faster? Just curious on what my odds are with CSQ.

2016 and had her since 2019. Missed a deer and kissed a tree. Totaled but luckily no imjuries besides some bruised shins. Miss driving it everyday since. Now to wait out these gas prices before trying to get into another one.
So my hair in the front here has been like this for 10 years and I don't think it has gotten worse over the years so I don't think its like actively receding. I have always just kind of had a bad hairline and thin hair up front. All the rest of my hair is much better.
Any suggestions for what I could do for this front area?
I normally just wear hats 24/7 and the few times I have to style it I just do a comb over to try to cover the area as best as possible. I tried Minoxidil awhile ago but remember it being pretty irritating. I have used thickening shampoo for years from hims and recently stopped as it just doesnt make a difference. I have tried to use volumizing mousse when styling and it doesnt really do anything either.
I have been curious what a situation like this looks like if I dyed my hair black. Does it make the thinness stand out more? Can my scalp be dyed black too to camouflage it?

If I had a 401k that I won't be contributing too for a while (various reasons) would it make sense to pull it out before a possible recession or if I don't immediately need it would waiting it out make a positive gain?
Like say I knew 2008 was going to happen when would I pull out my 401k or if I left it in how long would it take for the money to comeback up or grow further with no more contributions?
