What should I get next from Chanel?

I already have Chanel Waterfresh Tint medium-deep, a couple lipstick duos, 1 lipliner and a No 1 blush/lip balm in Vital Beige. What are some other things I should pick up as a 49 yr old that likes a fresh yet fun lip look. Currently have Caramel Beige and Dance lipstick duos.

Thinking of pressed powder, loose powder, that trio bronzer blush complexion product. A few items in pics …I heard the new bronzer is coming out never tried the original.

Help with clochette

I feel like this should look different but not sure what to do with it and not sure what question to ask to get help from YouTube. It’s my 1st Birkin and still learning all the styling.

Notice how it fits perfectly on my under desk cart. New job so space is limited. The handles have to be tucked inward in order not to scrape under the desk. Better than floor

Beauty reward points

How often does Nordstrom have 3X beauty I feel like in the past whenever I got online it was always 3x but I wasn’t looking for it and now I need a couple things as I have gift cards and wondering when the next one is. Any insight is helpful.

Tinted balm recs

I like the texture and shades of Fenty glow balm in Riri and Sort Selfish. I hate the packaging it’s too bulky and I know that’s silly however I don’t mind paying for luxe packaging like YSL candy glaze. I have a couple of those. Any recs?

Marketplace and returns easy or pain?

I want to try Kevin Aucoin lipliners never thought about them but in my search of lip liners the shades look really nice. Has anyone tried them?

I also have never used Marketplace before is it easy to return if I don’t like the product?

Complexion products

I live an hour away from a Nordstrom and heading there today. The location doesn’t have Victoria Beckham beauty complexion drops but I was wondering for those who have tried it if I use less can it be similar to a skin tint? I was going to get Chanel Waterfresh tint (don’t like touch) and VBB but not sure if I need both.

Also is there anything sold at Nordstrom similar to a Chanel water fresh coverage or VBB? I have normal to dry skin and tan-dark complexion about medium deep in Chanel

Brush for skintint

There’s a new challenge that started and I’m thinking about getting a brush for skin tints I have a foundation brush but sometimes they can soak up a lot of product. I don’t like using my hands. I was thinking about the Sephora 64 any thoughts or others you would suggest? I don’t want dual ended. I have a Mario F4 and it cracked I haven’t even had it a year and I take good care of it but I don’t like dual sided I made an exception and oh well.

So annoyed

I bought the Huda setting spray during a promotion and I didn’t use it until I needed it which was today. Low and behold I tried to use it today and it completely fell apart. I had taken it out of box but didn’t spray it. Of course it has been 37 days so passed the 30 day. I am so glad it’s just the travel size. I did call Sephora and they said sorry for you. What a waste of money.

I don’t back stock things but trying to only buy what I need or will use lately so when there are sales or promotions that’s when I buy.

Have y’all had situations like this?

Sucks

Help me with the best deals

I realize Chanel is usually excluded in many promotions for beauty. Recently Ulta had 2 opportunities close together and last year I remember 1 sale that included Chanel. Are there any stores or boutique opportunities coming up? I am wanting a couple more things as when I bought a few weeks ago many were blind buys and I’ve been sampling complexion products and swatching lip liners and duo lipsticks the last few weeks at boutiques but both are an hour away.

Thanks in advance

Students and educator discount

Edited to add verification process

Name, D.O.B, school, email

I was on IG and saw a story about 10% off for students through July 31. I am not a student but a teacher and just went through the verification process and they sent the coupon. I don’t usually associate my school email with outside vendors, etc however I was logged in as me and thought it would go to my personal email.

Anyway it says there could be promotions throughout the year in case you wanted to sign up. I think the deadline said July 26 at least for this promotion.

May not be news for some of you but I didn’t know.

Chanel info about earning points

So I’m aware it’s rare for Chanel to be included in the 20% off last year was the 1st time for many of us and already twice these past few weeks. I won’t hold my breath for another opportunity in the near future however when there are point multipliers does. Janel count towards that? I have a couple more things I want to get and trying to figure out when is the best window as I don’t “need” them. For instance I know there may be a 10X points coming up and I think I heard all brands aren’t included in multipliers however I’m new to this side of Ulta

Complexion Recs

So I didn’t love the Water Fresh tint, even though it’s minimal coverage which I wanted …the shade medium deep has me a bit dull looking like almost gray and deep is too dark and looks mask like. I didn’t use much either I just got in the mail Complexion Touch …1st try NOPE I used half a pump and the coverage is more than what I want on half my face but the shade is yuck.

My question is what is out there another lightweight foundation or tint in Chanel you think I can try or should I get Water tint and add a blow serum to the lighter shade (If I can find it)?

Also, any other brand

Recs for skin tint or lightweight foundation

So in trying to find a new complexion product I will list ones I like or kinda like and what I like about them and don’t. Plus what I’ve recently tried and thoughts on them.

  1. Dior Backstage-lovely color very good and only wear a couple times a week the finish is good however not an everyday wear for me

  2. MUFE Skinboost good for awhile and this is the 2nd bottle that I get half way through and then get tired of it. Color too warm

  3. The popular C H A N E L water tint I liked the level of coverage but the color and texture was a bit off I moisturized well and still felt tight. Didn’t like the complexion touch the texture is hella weird

  4. Hourglass too oily looking

  5. Danessa Myricks skin tint-amazing color match turns too Dewy for me

Skin is normal to dry but I don’t like makeup to be too oily, dewy, sticky I lobe in hot weather and don’t want to wear heavy complexion products

I want to try Refy skintint. Any others to consider if I like lightweight coverage that is good for tan/dark complexion?

Lawless …haven’t heard much

I just bought 2 of these because of the sale at Sephora right now. I like them more than I thought I would. Not super glossy on me and a nice touch of color. I have a brown/nude shade and a berry. Thinking about using as a base before gloss when I don’t want to wear lipstick and also a great purse balm for a touch of color. May get another before the sale is over.

Don’t hear about these much …thoughts?

Need a new daytime eye cream

Have any of you tried the Innisfree PDRN lil and eye serum? I was using Biossance brightening for day and the Algea for night (which I still have) I am wondering if the retinal is ok during the day and I like it can be used on lips. Any thoughts?

Thinking about these Refy products …any feedback

I don’t own a single Refy product but recently saw the blush that is kinda thin consistency and it intrigued me. I swatched in store and the pink Lychee was beautiful. I wear minimal makeup and it seems right up my alley. So I’m thinking of getting 2 blushes and the bronzer as I haven’t found a cream or liquid bronzer that I like yet. Any thoughts?

What does “Sold only at Ulta” mean

I noticed the new multiplier and have always wondered what does “only at Ulta” mean because there are clearly brands like Estée Lauder, Fenty, Tactcha, Ouai that are sold other places so I am a bit confused. I thought maybe it’s certain items from those brands are Only at Ulta however I don’t think that’s the case . Please help me understand.
