[Regional Pricing Updates + 21 Languages + Family Sharing] - I built Body Vitals - an iPhone health app where the widget IS the product and cross-app correlation is the killer feature.

The problem: Strava knows your run but not your sleep. Oura knows your HRV but not your caffeine. Garmin knows your VO2 Max but not your nutrition. Every app is a silo - your body is not. Body Vitals reads from Apple Health, where all your apps converge, and surfaces what none of them can compute individually.

What it does:
Correlation engine - 30-day Pearson-r scatter plots across your real data (sleep vs HRV, caffeine vs overnight HRV, training load vs recovery), each with a plain-English sentence computed on-device from YOUR numbers.
AI Daily Coaching cross-references sources in plain language, e.g. "HRV is 18% below baseline and you logged 240mg caffeine via MyFitnessPal - high caffeine suppresses HRV overnight."
Readiness Radar - five bars (HRV, Sleep, HR, SpO2, Training Load) showing exactly which dimension drags your score, not just one number.
Five composite scores (Longevity, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Circadian, Mobility) backed by peer-reviewed research.
Biological Age, Zone 2 auto-detection (San Millan & Brooks 2018), Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (Gabbett 2016), Allostatic Load (McEwen 1998), menstrual cycle-aware HRV alerts, on-device conversational AI coach via Apple Foundation Models - nothing touches a server.
Full widget stack: lock screen, StandBy, Watch complications, 21 languages.

Tech Stack: Swift/SwiftUI, WidgetKit, HealthKit, Apple Foundation Models (on-device LLM inference), Core Data.

Development Challenge: The adaptive readiness engine self-tunes instead of using hardcoded weights (HRV 40%/sleep 30%/etc. like most recovery apps). After 90 days, it computes each signal's coefficient of variation from your own history and re-weights the composite score toward whichever metrics actually move for you. The hard part was the statistical guardrails to make a self-tuning formula safe: handling sparse HealthKit days, clamping each weight to 0.05-0.50 so no single noisy metric can hijack the score, then renormalizing to sum to 1.0 without reintroducing that same dominance problem.

AI Disclosure: Self-built, with AI-assistance during development.

Free tier covers many core features and widgets. Currently running a Lifetime Deal at 60% off.

Cross-app health correlations that no single wearable can compute - Garmin + Oura + Strava + MyFitnessPal all feeding one readiness picture.

Body Vitals:Health Widgets - Bloomberg Terminal For Your Body

I built Body Vitals - an iPhone health app where the widget IS the product and correlation is the killer feature.

What problem does it solve?

Cross-app health correlations that no single wearable can compute - Garmin + Oura + Strava + MyFitnessPal all feeding one readiness picture.

Here is the problem every health app ignores: Strava knows your run but not your sleep. Oura knows your HRV but not your caffeine. Garmin knows your VO2 Max but not your nutrition. Every app is a silo. Your body is not.
Body Vitals reads from Apple Health - the one place all your apps converge - and surfaces what none of them can individually.

Why use this instead of alternatives?

The correlation engine:

The Trends & Correlations screen runs 30-day Pearson-r scatter plots across your actual data:

Sleep hours vs HRV next morning
Mindfulness minutes vs resting HR
Caffeine intake (MyFitnessPal) vs overnight HRV
Training load vs recovery score
Daylight exposure vs sleep quality
One plain-English sentence per pair, computed on-device from YOUR numbers. Not a generic caption. Not a vibe. A real statistical relationship from your life.

And the AI Daily Coaching cross-references it all in plain language:

"HRV is 18% below baseline and you logged 240mg caffeine via MyFitnessPal. High caffeine suppresses HRV overnight."
"Your 7-day load is 3,400 kcal via Strava and HRV is trending below baseline. Ease off intensity today."
"VO2 Max of 46 and elevated HRV signal peak readiness. Today is ideal for threshold intervals."
No other app can say any of that because no other app reads from all those sources at the same time.

Everything else that makes it different:

Readiness Radar - five horizontal bars (HRV, Sleep, HR, SpO2, Training Load) showing exactly which dimension drags your score. Oura gives you one number. This shows WHERE the problem is.

Recovery Forecast - slide a sleep target AND planned training intensity to simulate tomorrow’s predicted readiness before you commit.

Five composite scores on the large home screen widget:
Longevity, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Circadian, Mobility - each backed by named peer-reviewed research, each combining multiple HealthKit inputs into a 0-100 number.

Biological Age - computed from VO2 Max, mobility, HRV, sleep consistency.

Zone 2 Tracker - auto-detected from raw HR using San Millan & Brooks (2018). Ignores whatever zones Garmin or Strava assigned.

Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio - Gabbett (2016, BJSM) injury risk bands. Flags when A:C crosses 1.5. Flags undertraining below 0.8.

Allostatic Load - McEwen (1998). A stress-burden index no other consumer app computes.

Menstrual Cycle Phase Intelligence - suppresses false HRV anomaly alerts during luteal phase. That dip is expected. The app knows.

Daily Capacity and Focus Readiness - on-device blends of readiness, sleep debt, HRV, and circadian factors.

Anomaly Timeline - 7 anomaly types with coaching notes: HRV crashes, elevated HR, low SpO2, BP spikes, glucose spikes, low walking steadiness, low daylight.

Neural AI Health Coach - conversational, runs via Apple Foundation Models on your iPhone. Ask it anything. Nothing touches a server.

Widget stack (free + Pro) - small vitals gauges, medium sleep/activity/alert widgets, large Health Command Center and Weekly Pattern grid, Apple Watch complications (37 metrics, 2x2 grid, live HR), lock screen, StandBy.

Adaptive readiness weights - after 90 days, the algorithm recalibrates to YOUR signal variance. If sleep is your most volatile metric, it gets weighted higher. Population averages are the starting point, not the endpoint.

I built a workout app that gets your friends and family actually working out with you.

We all know staying fit is way easier when you're not doing it alone. The problem is getting everyone to actually show up. RepSquad makes that the fun part.

How you actually use it:
Prop up your phone, pick an exercise, and start moving. The AI watches you and counts every rep in real time - push ups, pull ups, squats, curls, lunges, overhead press, jumping jacks and more. No wearables, no equipment, no manual tapping. Just you and your phone, at home, in the park, wherever. Each rep gets a form score so you're not just doing more, you're doing it right, and your streaks and progress charts keep you coming back.

Now bring your people in:
This is where it gets addictive. Invite your brother, your gym buddy, your partner, your parents - anyone - into a challenge:

Go head-to-head or run a group challenge with 2 people or 20. Everyone competes from their own phone, wherever they are.
Earn badges, share your wins, and talk trash on the leaderboard.
Suddenly your sister in another city is doing squats at 11pm because she refuses to lose to you.
It turns "I should work out" into "I'm not letting them beat me today" - and that's what actually keeps a whole family or friend group consistent.

And nobody can fake it Because the AI counts and scores real reps, the leaderboard is honest. No "trust me bro" numbers, no manual entry, no half reps. A win means you earned it - so the competition actually means something.

Privacy-first, always

‪Body Vitals:Health Widgets - Bloomberg Terminal For Your Body

A - Answer: What problem does it solve?

Cross-app health correlations that no single wearable can compute - Garmin + Oura + Strava + MyFitnessPal all feeding one readiness picture

I built Body Vitals - an iPhone health app where the widget IS the product and correlation is the killer feature.

B - Better: Why use this instead of alternatives?

The correlation engine:

The Trends & Correlations screen runs 30-day Pearson-r scatter plots across your actual data:
Sleep hours vs HRV next morning
Mindfulness minutes vs resting HR
Caffeine intake (MyFitnessPal) vs overnight HRV
Training load vs recovery score
Daylight exposure vs sleep quality
One plain-English sentence per pair, computed on-device from YOUR numbers. Not a generic caption. Not a vibe. A real statistical relationship from your life.
And the AI Daily Coaching (Neural Coach) cross-references it all in plain language:

Five composite scores on the large home screen widget: Longevity, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Circadian, Mobility - each backed by named peer-reviewed research, each combining multiple HealthKit inputs into a 0-100 number.
Biological Age - computed from VO2 Max, mobility, HRV, sleep consistency.
Zone 2 Tracker - auto-detected from raw HR using San Millan & Brooks (2018). Ignores whatever zones Garmin or Strava assigned.
Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio - Gabbett (2016, BJSM) injury risk bands. Flags when A:C crosses 1.5. Flags undertraining below 0.8.
Allostatic Load - McEwen (1998). A stress-burden index no other consumer app computes.
Menstrual Cycle Phase Intelligence - suppresses false HRV anomaly alerts during luteal phase. That dip is expected. The app knows.
Daily Capacity and Focus Readiness - on-device blends of readiness, sleep debt, HRV, and circadian factors.
Anomaly Timeline (free) - 7 anomaly types with coaching notes: HRV crashes, elevated HR, low SpO2, BP spikes, glucose spikes, low walking steadiness, low daylight.
Neural AI Health Coach (Pro) - conversational, runs via Apple Foundation Models on your iPhone.
Available in 21 languages.

I built Body Vitals - an iPhone health app where the widget IS the product and correlation is the killer feature.

‪Body Vitals:Health Widgets - Bloomberg Terminal For Your Body ‬

Cross-app health correlations that no single wearable can compute - Garmin + Oura + Strava + MyFitnessPal all feeding one readiness picture

The correlation engine:

The Trends & Correlations screen runs 30-day Pearson-r scatter plots across your actual data:
Sleep hours vs HRV next morning
Mindfulness minutes vs resting HR
Caffeine intake (MyFitnessPal) vs overnight HRV
Training load vs recovery score
Daylight exposure vs sleep quality
One plain-English sentence per pair, computed on-device from YOUR numbers. Not a generic caption. Not a vibe. A real statistical relationship from your life.
And the AI Daily Coaching (Neural Coach) cross-references it all in plain language:

Five composite scores on the large home screen widget: Longevity, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Circadian, Mobility - each backed by named peer-reviewed research, each combining multiple HealthKit inputs into a 0-100 number.
Biological Age - computed from VO2 Max, mobility, HRV, sleep consistency.
Zone 2 Tracker - auto-detected from raw HR using San Millan & Brooks (2018). Ignores whatever zones Garmin or Strava assigned.
Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio - Gabbett (2016, BJSM) injury risk bands. Flags when A:C crosses 1.5. Flags undertraining below 0.8.
Allostatic Load - McEwen (1998). A stress-burden index no other consumer app computes.
Menstrual Cycle Phase Intelligence - suppresses false HRV anomaly alerts during luteal phase. That dip is expected. The app knows.
Daily Capacity and Focus Readiness - on-device blends of readiness, sleep debt, HRV, and circadian factors.
Anomaly Timeline (free) - 7 anomaly types with coaching notes: HRV crashes, elevated HR, low SpO2, BP spikes, glucose spikes, low walking steadiness, low daylight.
Neural AI Health Coach (Pro) - conversational, runs via Apple Foundation Models on your iPhone.
